We had our wedding at Maiella Restaurant, and it was absolutely perfect! Tyler, the manager, was incredible—so professional, attentive, and accommodating. He went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly, and Maiella is truly lucky to have him on their team.
The food was phenomenal—fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. Every single guest raved about the dishes, and we couldn’t have been happier. The atmosphere of the restaurant is warm and elegant, making it the perfect setting for a special occasion.
Thank you to the entire Maiella team for making our wedding day so memorable—we couldn’t recommend this place more! Robby & Stefany Pagano!
I was really excited to dine in here but expectations wasn’t meant. I was told to take my hat off even though I noticed 3 different people dining in was wearing hats. The food came out lukewarm and cold but it was late so we didn’t even complain. The water was good. I just don’t think because it is late in the day that my food should have so many issues because I paid the same. And still tipped very well because I work in service. Over all 2/5 stars. I just feel that in 2025 the only color that should matter is green ( money being spent ).
Came here for my mom’s birthday and was very disappointed. The service is bad and you are waiting a long time to get drinks and food. I had to get up twice from my table to find the waitress. The eggplant appetizer was salty and most of our entrees were salty as well. I could barely finish my short rib meal due to the sodium. The atmosphere is nice and location is iconic with the skyline in the background but unfortunately I won’t be coming back.
It was very hard to find parking nearby but thankfully my family and I were able to get seated right away. I would say even though there were only a couple tables occupied before the dinner rush, the service was mediocre. I think with the quality of service and food, it's severely overpriced. Overall, dinner was just fine.
We came here 3 people for Thansgiving fixed menu. As a starter we grilled shrimp with some kind of heavy sauce on it. I could only eat one piece because it was not cooked enough. My mom could not eat it either. My son tried to finish but he agreed as well. Main menu, two picked turkey and I had bronzini. Its a one piece bland fillet with lemon patatoes. The fillet is very small. After i scraped the skin off, there was so little fish left. Portions were very small for 78 dollar per person. Dessert was tiramusu which was not a wow. I had better ones. My son agreed at the end that we should have picked a neighborhood restaurant , Sunnyside, to eat. Nothing special at all.
This used to be my favorite place to go to but Not anymore. A few times recently I ordered their usual salmon and it tasted sooo old and no flavor. I thought maybe the cook changed for that day so he/she didn’t make it properly but I went back another day and same exact experience. The cook even put 2 pieces of the very bad tasting salmon instead of one and spread brussel sprouts all over with watery liquid said which literally had no taste. I then tried their margarita pizza and their salad and when I say the salt level was sooo high. I felt the need to write this review because I don’t know what is going on but their food sucks now. I hate when restaurants don’t focus much on the food when it’s pickup option. Only when people sit to eat. But overall, food is inedible from these past few experiences
