This was my 4th different cleaning team, and they finally got it right! Kevin and his partner were punctual, utilised the entire 3 hours and most importantly, thorough. It’s not that the previous cleaning teams weren’t good, Kevin went beyond and made sure we were happy.

Just to get a quote from them was frustrating. I was initially told by them that they clean the balcony but was later told they can't. Then they tell me that they can't assure removing stains from the carpet even though I sent them photos and telling them that the stains are fresh. That's the whole point of calling a cleaning agency which is to steam clean the carpet and get stains off.

Initially had a really poor experience with a bad cleaner but customer service were really good to be fair. Rearranged a clean free of charge a day later and clean was of a high standard. May have been unlucky with the original cleaner but overall a high quality service.
