A frequent customer but today’s cashier was not as friendly. For some reason, it didn’t sit well with me .

I’m really disappointed with my experience. I ordered a slice of chocolate cake, two red velvet cupcakes, and an apple pie because I was specifically craving chocolate cake. When I received my order, the chocolate cake was missing.
I called the store right away, and instead of offering to fix the mistake, I was told there was nothing they could do and that I should just request a refund. There was no apology and no effort to make it right — just dismissal.
Mistakes can happen, but poor customer service is a choice. It was frustrating to pay for something, not receive it, and then feel like the issue didn’t matter. On top of that, the cupcakes didn’t even taste fresh.
Very disappointed.
