The apartment is so well resourced, comfortable and centrally located. For 5 days it became our home in Birmingham and we had a very relaxing and fun stay. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for a home away from home in Brum.

This is your 5th fake review now:
The owner here,
You should really do your research before leaving fake reviews, the owner is a Muslim. You called us “unprofessional” because we did not respond to you within the hour of asking for an early checkin. We told you a responce and you proceeded to argue.
We then said you can checkin soon as the cleaners are done as they will be finishing sooner and we can accommodate your request.
You then decided to proceed and call us “racist” and manipulate us. We then said we will not be hosting you because of the way you were treating us and our staff through email.
We then said you can cancel. You rejected and still wanted to stay after the horrible messages we received from yourself.
Your demeanor took a turn for the worse even before arriving in the property and displayed disrespectful behavior towards our staff. Accusing us of racial bias, which is deeply troubling and entirely baseless.
Given your current behavior which you’ve proved by leaving this false review and other fake reviews in order to damage our brand, we find ourselves in an uncomfortable position as hosts.
Our primary concern is the safety and well-being of our staff and the overall atmosphere for our guests. We are concerned that this guest's behavior may escalate hence why we chose not to host you , and we fear the possibility of manipulation and verbal abuse.

Don’t go here if you’re muslim or have any basic human decency!!
First they put on their website that check in is on 3pm, then they change it into 4pm on messages and did not respond to any of my calls asking for early check in because the number they had us contact doesn’t even work.
Then we message them and they only respond after us calling them unprofessional (which they are).
They not only called us rude but also were very islamophobic and racist.
They said that us calling them unprofessional (due to their terrible actions) makes them feel unsafe. We paid a security deposit ,did everything according to their instructions and even paid for the flat. Only to have it CANCELLED the second we got off from the airport because they “can’t serve people like us”. I am a very sick mother and I came on a wheelchair with my 18 year old daughter and 12 year old son. This is absolutely ridiculous. Do not come here.

This place is disgusting! Nothing like the pictures, it’s a scam!!!! I kept finding random blood spots everywhere and when I asked them to clean them out they asked me to leave not minding it!!

DO NOT USE THEM.
They will not respond or be helpful in anyway. Wouldn’t even allow the kids to put their bags down in the lobby.
Disgusting behaviour.
When told that they were unprofessional with communication they kicked my family out and refused to give us our booking. My disabled mother and 2 young kids who just had a 12 hours flight were kicked out due to egotistical unprofessional and disrespectful behaviour.
Unbelievably rude and unhelpful. Left my family out and did not communicate properly.

PLEASE AVOID . I have never stayed in such a dirty apartment in all my life. Absolutely disgusting. When I said I was going to leave a bad review I got threatened. I messaged my concerns on the wassapp number and got abuse. Not professional at all. Also camera in the apartment recording all the time. Please do not book you will be disappointed. Also when complaining the owner put our converstion chat on his own personal Instagram story. That is not how to run a business.

If it could leave less than 1 stars believe me I would.
Never in my whole entire existence have I had to deal with such disgusting, rude and unprofessional customer service. As well as a disgusting, filthy and uncomfortable stay at an apartment.
Just to make everyone aware this company has cameras with sound recording installed INSIDE their apartments. A complete invasion of privacy.
When you try to call with any issues or complaints they do not answer, will only respond to messages. And when I say respond you are more or less verbally abused with threats.
Apparently you cannot leave them a bad review because they will sue you for “defamation”. I thought anyone was entitled to an honest review? Whether it be positive or negative.
The apartment was honestly filthy, marks all up the walls, the carpets were stained and disgusting, the bathroom and kitchen looked like it hadn’t been cleaned from the person that stayed prior. There was a lighter found in the bed. There were used dirty tea towels left in the kitchen, smear marks up the balcony windows… I could honestly go on and on.
I would avoid his place like the plague.
