Miguel walked alongside us during our first Campaign. I didn't always know what to do or what we needed but when I had a request, Miguel was right there, it felt like he was part of our team. Miguel was patient and understanding when working through price matching as well, he wants to be of service and he wants to work together. You can feel that he's looking to build relationships in his community, it's not just a sale, he wants to be your go-to person for all things printing, creating a win win for all involved. Miguel is now just a text away, and everything gets taken care of, no stress and no hassle. I was also able to compare the quality of products with two other competitors and Miguel's products are sharper and brighter in color and quality, it was definitely noticeable. Regarding product design, my representative took the time to really understand the concept and look that I was looking to achieve. He patiently worked with me to perfect the look and present me with the final product for review/approval. The team works very quickly! When it came to calculating cost, I was presented with a few package options, pricing each package with full disclosure of quality and also provided recommendations so that I could select the package that worked best for ME. The package that was recommended wasn't even the most expensive option! Mad Monkey truly believes in providing quality service, at competitive prices, with products that work the best to meet my needs, not just what works in their favor.
