I just wanted to say i watched the documentary with stacey dooley and it was brilliant the care you showed to families of the deceased and the actual deceased! On a separate note i was taking a different route home this week and the flowers on the building on bath street look absolutely amazing and beautiful really brightened my days up this day

We were so pleased and grateful with manner in which A.W. Lymn dealt with us at this most difficult of times. We were treated with compassion and sensitivity and no suggestion or request was too much trouble or denied. The quality of service was outstanding and as a family we thank you for your generous support which was spontaneously provided at every stage. My thanks to you all; you are an amazing professional team.

From the moment I walked through the door at Rainworth A W Lymn I was put at ease. Becky came through with a smile on her face, spoke with empathy and settled my nerves. As this was my first 'death' I had no clue how or what the protocol was. Becky guided me through everything. Every step. Nothing was missed. The day came and Mum was given the perfect send off. The hearse was gleaming. The flowers were beautiful. Jonathon and the pall bearers were very respectful. Our funeral was a small simple service but by no means were we treated any less. I would not hesitate in recommending. 5 stars is truly well deserved.

From the moment I made the phone call to the funeral director after my dearest Mum had sadly passed away, to the time I collected my Mum's ashes, all the team, at A.W Lymn (Rainworth) especially Becky Hogg, have been so professional, caring and thoughtful. My family and I are so very grateful to their support at a very sad, difficult and emotional time. A very family focused firm and would highly recommend.

Fantastic service for my grandmas funeral, professional, efficient and caring throughout, I’d highly recommend! Also love the stunning flowers outside the Nottingham city branch, it really adds a gorgeous splash of colours & nature to the area!

Very rude Un professional staff I was told to move out the way of a funeral possession taking place near by, which I did out of respect to the family. But the way one of the directors approached me and was very rude, definitely not the way to go about it I just hope and pray that there more professional when dealing with the actual families of the person that has sadly passed

At a difficult time they made things a little easier, Upon arranging my dad's funeral Michelle Ibbet was amazing, she made suggestions and useful ideas and helped us along the process without any drama. She went above and beyond and nothing was too much trouble, with a chatty polite nature about her she put us an ease and made us feel special. The funeral director on the day was also very professional, smart and made sure the day went off to plan. Again a very nice chap. A W Lymms made the difference thank you to all.

We used the services on Bath Street when family member sadly passed away, and the team there did a fantastic job. I have since moved out of Nottingham, but I was passing through the other day and noticed the beautiful hanging baskets on the building and the neighboring pub, Bath Inn. What a visual joy! They look absolutely fabulous and bring so much joy to the area. I will be returning to the city in a couple of months with a thank you card for Lymn and to admire those beautiful baskets in the heart of Sneinton.

What a self entitled, arrogant response telling people "to cross over the road" If they don't want to get wet. Absolutely disgraceful company they got flower baskets hanging all along the front of their building above the small pavement (with what I'm guessing is a self watering system going) forcing families etc to have to walk on a busy road if they don't want to get wet. I will be reporting this to NCC and seeing if Nottingham Post will do a article about it, as it is absolutely ridiculous.

Matthew and the team were outstanding! Nothing was too much and all request no matter how small were adhered to. The team often went above and beyond which provided great comfort for the family at such a difficult time. We couldn’t recommend A W Lymn enough having used there services twice now.

We cannot thank Lymns enough. We lost our beautiful mum suddenly and didn’t know where to start with organizing her funeral. Luke was fantastic, making sure everything we wanted for Mum’s best send-off happened. He never said no and was always professional and available whenever we needed anything. Lucinda, your caring and compassionate nature was invaluable. We cannot thank you enough for everything you did for us and for being there to chat. Johnathan, thank you for leading Mum on her final path. You came highly recommended by Mum’s friend for being fantastic at your job, and you lived up to every word. Every detail and thought you put into your work and your support meant so much to us. We cannot thank you all enough.

At a difficult time A W Lymns in Ilkeston took the hassle and stress we didn't need guiding expertly to see my father off in fitting style. Michelle was fabulous and went above and beyond to ensure things happened in time for me to return home to Australia, appropriate and sensitive but with a refreshing sense of humour that helped me feel better. Neil the funeral director was professional and ensured the service at Bramcote went perfectly

We would like to give a big thank you to A W Lymn Rainworth who helped us with organising my fathers funeral, a special thank you to Becky who was exceptional in helping us at every step & treated us & my father with the respect we deserved. We used this company for my brothers funeral at Sheffield Because I wanted a Rolls-Royce Hearse for my brothers Special day and I could not recommend the company enough I was a bit worried because we lived over 30 miles away but Their customer service is outstanding always at hand any time of day, with any worries or concerns Everything went perfect on this sad but very special day we will be using this company again, but hopefully not any time soon and I couldn’t thank them enough especially Edward,
