Hired a party set for a birthday at home. Team set it up quickly and efficiently, lights, speakers, smoke machine, microphone, laptop connection all worked perfectly, and all had a great time. Pack up was equally efficient. Would definitely recommend and would use again!

I've used LW Event Hire for a few years now to set up a big screen and projector for large meetings held in our office every quarter. Nothing is too much trouble for them - changing pickup/delivery times are no problem and they are very knowledgeable about the products they are supplying (ensuring we can use it without and hitches). Always cheerful and happy to help. They are excellent and I'm really glad I found them.

DO NOT USE LW EVENT GROUP FOR YOUR SPECIAL DAY! I had a 50th birthday that I was holding last weekend and found your company to hire equipment. To even start with the customer service, it was extremely poor, no communication or urgency to secure my order and send me an invoice considering I called every day 5 days straight leading up to the event, just for me to be dismissed on the phone. The day came and there was equipment missing. This really topped everything off as I tried so hard to give The company the benefit of the doubt. If it wasn’t for the venue’s excellent customer service and urgency to help us find a red carpet the day would have been ruined. They gave absolutely no solutions to fix this. On top of this one of the uplighters were faulty. I am writing this review because I would hate for anyone else’s special day to be ruined. Ans it’s a shame I have to bring my experience here but the company is ignoring all emails and calls from me regarding a refund for faulty/missing equipment. Avoid this company at all costs if you don’t want your special day ruined.
