This is a fantastic dental office. The staff and doctors are always cheerful and happy to see you, the staff takes time and effort to make connection, so you never feel like you're just another number. The work they have done on my teeth has always been top-notch. They work hard to keep procedures as pain-free as possible and check in consistently during the treatment to make sure you are okay. The send reminders via text with a real phone number so you can respond right there to anything. They have been very accurate with costs and price estimates every time and take great care to make sure you are getting quality products. My night guard came in and was defective, the doctor sent it back with instructuins to expedite so I could have what I need. These are just a few great things. I highly recommend using this dental office. Thank you, Smiles for Life!!

I’ve been going to this dentist since 2015, and I’m extremely disappointed with how they handled my recent appointment. I had to cancel last minute because my babysitter cancelled on me something completely out of my control and they still charged me a $50 cancellation fee. It’s not about the amount or the money, it’s about the principle. After nearly 10 years as a loyal patient, I would expect some understanding, especially when it’s a family emergency. Instead, they showed zero compassion or flexibility. It’s really disheartening to realize how little they value long-time patients. I won’t be returning.

I have been a patient of Dr. Quinn for years. He is wonderful and all the work he has done has stood the test of time. 5 years ago I moved out of state and recently moved back, so naturally I wanted to see him again. I am fresh out of my invisalign and also had an implant. I reached out to Smiles for life for a permanent retainer and a crown for my implant. Dr. Quinn is gone now so I'm seeing Dr. Leatham. He placed my crown and ordered my permanent retainer to fit my new smile. The retainer is ill fitting and the crown popped out in 6 weeks. Dr. Leatham reattached my crown. I asked what could cause this he didnt have answers other than "sometimes this happens". I asked if he could fix my retainer because maybe that was causing unnecessary pressure and causing the crown to loosen. He wanted to charge me all over again even though I told him as soon as I got it that it felt bulky and not sitting right. I can't even close my mouth when they are in. I know Dr. Quinn still owns the practice and hope he can reach out to me so we can solve this. I am paying out of pocket for all this (no insurance) and I really can't afford the run-around I've been given. I hate to give this practice the low rating as yall have always been good to me but this recent experience is so bad 😞

Had a dental emergency when I was in vegas. This place is amazing. they were able to get me situated so I didn't embarss myself during my business meetings and I was so happy with the dental work and how I was treated. Great office, great staff . Amazing doctor.

First Visit: Came in signed up the papers, the front desk didnt explain anything. They took me back started doing my x-rays, the assistant was nice! I met other dentist not Dr Leatham, he checked my teeth and told his assistant what codes to write. After we finished the discussion started about my treatment plan, i was feeling pushed towards doing the most expensive treatment first (root+crown), the plan didnt include the wisdom teeth removal that we discussed. The front desk didnt bother to explain throughly the quote. I left the place without any confidence but signed up for cleaning. Second visit: The woman that cleaned my teeth was really good. Then I met with Dr Leatham to get some explanation about the procedures thats in the quote. Got pushed again to start with the most expensive treatment and the Doctor said it can be even higher if there are any complications with replacing a filling to a newer composite. Ive been told that my healthy nerve can be taken out during the process. After some back and forth (that i dont really appreciate as client when its coming from a doctor) the Doctor said he will make an exception and start with the fillings. No one cares about the financial situation of the client. Feels like they are caring more about the financial profit of the clinic instead of focusing on patient/client care. I left without answering my questions and without any confidence that my mouth health will get better after putting down big amount of money.

Dr Leatham is the best! Most of all in dental work I hate anesthesia, and he was very gentle, I didn’t feel a pinch! I went for a crown change and tooth fillings. Everything was done quickly and I healed fast. I have been going to the practice for years. Dental hygienist Alyssa is awesome as well! Friendly, gentle and always takes great care of me.

This has been my spot for almost 10 years. There was a time they moved their office farther from me, but I refused to change to a different dentist that was closer. There are a couple of main dentists on staff that I have dealt with, and they were all so great to work with. Their whole staff is extremely kind, professional, and overall pleasant to interact with. I highly reccomend for anyone looking for a lifetime dental clinic.

I joined as a new patient, and I must say that I'm absolutely pleased with my first visit. Doctor Leatham was very thorough and explained everything to me. He even reviewed my X-rays by showing me what he saw on them and the next steps. The staff was very friendly and did a great job making me feel comfortable.
