Got the Mac Book Pro 14 inch M3 Pro and the services was amazing, shoutout and thanks to Mr. Wazeer as he helped me from A-Z, from the availability to purchase. Called back and forth to give the details to pick up time and from which branch, the warranty details and most importantly unboxing the package and going through the process to check for physical damages and dents from the manufacturer to setting up the MacBook, totally hassle-free. Very difficult to make contact. The don't answer the phones and reply the WhatsApp messages. But they say that they provide 24/7 support on the web page. On top of that no online payment methods are available.

I don’t know about their products. Their line is never reachable. When I spoke to them once they said they will get back to me product availability and that’s the end of it. Called again no answer. Won’t buy anything from a place where they don’t answer the phone. That’s it

Got the ipad air 5th generation (wifi only) last year from here (2023 April). Still working fine after 1 year of usage. The customer service was quite good and the price was one of the cheapest at that time. ipad was zp/a as advertised. Only issue was the case they sold was an ipad 10th generation case which wasn't compatible so that wasn't great. (Apple pencil wasn't charging with the case sometimes.) Experience was solid though. Heard they don't have TRCSL for iphones now though which is sad.(no company warranty due to new regulations I guess.)

Recently I wanted to buy a Macbook Air M3, so I paid them an advance of 5k. When I went to pick up the laptop I kind of changed my mind to buy a M3 Macbook pro, which actually supported by their sales staff as well. They asked about my work and recommended me to go for a pro and not air. But that day they didn't have any stock left, so they asked me to come in 2 days. Unfortunately I had to go and purchase the laptop from somewhere else since I was in a hurry. Then when said that to them, they offered me to payback the advance even though it was clearly my fault (Later I purchased something else as I didn't feel like taking money back). Their staff is super friendly and very responsive (almost within few minutes) on Whatsapp. They are a genuine store with genuine apple products.

This is an awesome experience. The best service in Sri Lanka. I have also claimed warranty two times. The first time, my MacBook speakers were replaced. The second time, the battery was replaced. For the second time, I have only 9 days of Apple Care warranty remaining. They took their own risk to export it through one of their friends to Dubai for battery replacement with no cost. Thank you so much. Much appreciated.
