☹Il serait important d’être plus clair, dès l’annonce, sur les extras à payer ainsi que sur les montants. Par exemple, l’accès à la piscine est mentionné comme une prestation incluse, mais à notre arrivée, on nous a informés qu’il fallait payer 285 dollars par jour pour y accéder. Payer pour un service de qualité ne me dérange pas en soi, à condition que ce soit clairement annoncé à l’avance.
Ce qui est plus problématique, c’est que nous avons été facturés pour une journée d’accès à la piscine alors qu’elle était fermée pendant plus de 3 heures ce jour-là. Mes enfants en bas âge n’ont même pas pu se baigner et sont restés assis sur les transats à regarder la piscine fermée. De plus, nous avons été facturés pour une journée où nous n’y sommes même pas allés.
Par ailleurs, nous avons pris possession de la chambre à 17h le premier jour et l’avons rendue à 11h30 le dernier jour, ce qui limite grandement l’accès effectif à la piscine sur ces journées où nous avons même pas été. Pourtant, ces journées nous ont tout de même été facturées au tarif complet. Lorsque nous avons évoqué cela à la réception au moment du départ, on nous a simplement répondu que même si nous n’y allons pas, l’accès est facturé quand même, ce que je trouve totalement injustifié.
Enfin, nous avons signalé dès le premier jour la présence de vaisselle sale, de verres sales ainsi qu’une lumière qui ne fonctionnait pas dans la chambre. Nous n’avons jamais eu de retour ni de solution à ce sujet.
Pour un établissement de standing tel que le Setai, cela n’est vraiment pas acceptable. Je séjourne régulièrement dans des établissements haut de gamme, et c’est la première fois que je rencontre ce type de problèmes.

Other than some minor check in delays our stay was great. The property was as described online. Good location to restaurants and the beach! Having four bedrooms was a major plus as well!

Great Stay!
We stayed here for my sisters 30th bday. As frequent guests of the Setai hotel we wanted to try the residences.
The units were clean, well furnished, and relaxing.
We loved it and will visit again!
Only issue was with the check in, we waited 6 hours past the promised time but it was the hotel's error NOT on the owner or property and they made it right by extending our check out time.

Excellent stay on Miami Beach
This property was a beautiful place to act as our home base when we were in Miami Beach. It's a great home with amazing views and everything you could possible need or want in terms of amenities. The only thing to be aware of is it's right in the heart of Miami Beach just steps off Collins / A1A. While this is a huge selling point, if you want to have an early, restful night of sleep it will be difficult. The noise of Miami Beach is loud and can easily be heard in all rooms of the condo. It didn't bother us very much because we were down in the noise most nights, but if you're looking for early nights in, it could be an issue. Overall an amazing home and a wonderful stay.

Wow!
The Setai is our favourite hotel in Miami Beach and we like the privacy of an apartment. We got the best of both worlds here. We had all the wonderful service that the Setai is renowned for combined with an enormous 4 bed apartment for just the 4 of us (my wife and I and 2 x 22 year olds). The views are wrap around of the city which is lit up at night. The apartment is beautifully furnished and spotless. Luxury Rentals, the agency were very good. We were stuck at the airport waiting for our luggage for 2 hours and Adriano was still there to show us around and super welcoming when we checked in. Would definitely recommend them.
I highly recommend the Setai’s Jaya for Sunday Bottomless Champagne Brunch (which admittedly wiped my wife and I out for the rest of the day), and taking an Art Deco tour of Miami Beach.
We dined one night at Gianni’s , the restaurant at the Versace Mansion. Short of staying there, it’s the only way of seeing the inside. For us, worth doing for the views and ambience but not really for the food.
Best of all for us was a visit to Fairchild Tropical Botanical Gardens in Miami. It’s mainly staffed by very enthusiastic knowledgeable retired volunteers and is beautiful and tranquil.
A fabulous 5 days in Miami Beach.

This was a most horrible experience both from the hotel side and from the host side. I held off 2 weeks to write this review to afford both the opportunity to make amends for what we dealt with on our "luxury" vacation. Sadly neither felt the obligation to do anything about the pitiful circumstances we dealt with. My family and I were subjected to no elevator service on multiple days and had to walk up and down 19 floors on several occasions. Our alternative was to stay in our rooms with no other means of getting downstairs. Even the service elevators were inoperative. Furthermore we had floods coming down from the floor above into our master bathroom. A situation both the host and hotel was aware of prior to our stay (as per the maintenance dept) and made no mention. The W/D failed to work as well, and the alternative to that was to get housekeeping service in excess of $400.00 per day. This was on top of the over $3,000.00 a night we were paying for our apartment. Worst of all was the lack of responsiveness from Luxury Rentals Miami Beach. While our host greeted us nicely when we arrived, neither he nor his firm were anywhere to be found during the stay when all of the "stuff" hit the fan. We were just left to fend for ourselves. The hallways leading to our unit were shabby and falling apart. I would strongly recommend AGAINST ever renting a property through Luxury Rentals Miami Beach as they simply fail to live up to their name, nor do they care about their guests once the register has rung. The grounds of the Setai are beautiful and the beach staff warm and friendly - but that was the only positive of the weekend. My family and I had a 4 bedroom apartment and would cross our fingers we could get off the 19th floor. The morning of checkout, when we had our flight home to catch, the elevators were broken again and we were advised to carry our bags down from the 19th floor. At the very last moment the lone service elevator began to work and we narrowly made our plane home. This was not a "luxury" experience and everyone involved pointed the finger at someone else. AirBNB blamed the host, the host blamed Luxury Rentals, Luxury Rentals blamed the Setai, and so on. The bottom line is Luxury Rentals Miami Beach refused to hold itself accountable in any shape or form. Shame on them. My advice to anyone considering to rent through them is take your business elsewhere.

Amazing property!!
I stayed with my kids , teenage friends , a couple of girlfriends and their families. The place was amazing and beautiful, also on a great location, walking to distance to everything. The property has 3 pools and a ‘hot tub’ pool that my kids and I really enjoyed. The staff was always Available and so pleasant. The only trouble was that we only had two keys , which is difficult with a larger group. But the staff let in the kids without any trouble when they came in later than us and we were asleep. The spa had a lovely view of the pool and property. The views from the room were spectacular, ocean view and city view because 3 walls were windows. The room is almost set up like two separate apartments and a kitchen in the middle. This allowed the kids to have their separate area from adults. It has room service and cleaning service if needed. Even for being in South Beach , it was fairly quiet, you could hear the club music downstairs barely but it was nice to open the balcony and be able listen to music. The owners have everything you need for amenities, just like a hotel. Overall excellent for adults, teenagers and kids. We are definitely coming back to stay.

Setai is really nice, but these VRBO's nickel and dime you to death on cleaning
This was my third trip to Setai and my first to stay in the privately owned condos. If I was advising anyone, I would say in the actual hotel. The owner of the place suddenly wanted in to get some item unexplained. The check in was not timely and promise not kept and the check out was a forced early leave for what I paid for originally. Don't say I did not warn you. And, to top it off!! The cleaning lady knocks on our door early to make sure we are checking out timely when I told them downstairs what we were doing. Then she has the audacity to come back again early as we were trying to leave. What a joke!!! not worth the cash paid! Unimpressed.
