The staff were incredibly welcoming and professional, making the entire process smooth and stress-free. The apartment itself was exactly as advertised—spotlessly clean, beautifully designed, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. You can really tell attention to detail is a priority here.The location is perfect, and the overall atmosphere felt upscale yet relaxed. Beautiful but shocking
property was beautiful and did not disappoint. the tv didn't work and neither did the blinds in the bedroom where the sun came up first thing. the worst was the toilet that looked like in back of the hinges had not been cleaned and had dried urine all over it. if they can get it together on these things, it's a wonderful rental.

The property was nice. However the communication was terrible. Before I arrived, I asked if they could recommend a few things. The message said allow 4 hours for a response. Which I think is ridiculous. I then decided that I wanted to extend my stay so I reached out via Airbnb message to request it. To make sure no one booked it while I was waiting the 4 hour timeframe I also requested to extend on the listing. The next morning I saw that it had been extended so I looked on my card and had been charged almost double for the 1 night extension . I again requested someone to reach out to me. After a while I finally found a phone #, called & spoke w/Margueax, I let her know I requested an extension but there was no price. She apologized & said she would check into it and call me back. Margeaux never call back. Instead she sent me a message saying sometimes the price varies and that I should take it up with airbnb. They don’t care once they get your $. Treat your guest better

Apt 828@W Hotel was beautiful. The photos didn’t do it justice. My family and I had a wonderful time and to top it all off, Ivan from Luxury Rentals provided such a personal concierge service. Nothing was too much trouble and he was able to book us lovely restaurants at short notice. Would definitely use them again.

Great room, poor property manager
I received e-mails from the PM on scheduling activities which i replied to but never received a confirmation. Thus, nothing was set up. I coordinated check in time and they were not there to meet me. I drove out of my way in traffic to check in and the PM did not show. No PM at check out either - very frustrating.

Beautiful stay but noisy with construction
Pros: Property is beautiful, view is great, staff at condo are super nice, great location, excellent food and drinks at pool, mini-adult only pool is nice, each room has its own private balcony and bathroom, checking-in was easy.
Cons: The stay was almost perfect, but upon arriving we saw that one of the three balconies had dust and plastic on it. Diego, who brought us up to the room, seemed surprised and said he'd check on it and let me know. We never heard back. After talking with the hotel staff they said that it's a 2 year project where they're changing the facade. This meant that from 7:30-3:30 everyday there was drilling and men on the balcony. Due to the men on the balcony and all the dust from sanding down the stucco we could not have the curtains open during the day because of the construction workers on the patio or use the patio at night due to the dust. We booked the property for the views and private balconies so it was a letdown. A warning about this would have been nice since it’s obviously a huge, multi-year project. It's possible the property owners aren't given notice about construction so maybe it was just bad timing. But if the construction was not going on this stay would have been absolutely perfect!
