The two cleaners did a good job with the deep cleaning before we moved in even though one of their attitude was not very customer friendly. However, the process felt a bit rough at times, as some items in our home were accidentally damaged (including our shutters and a remote). It would have been appreciated if this had been mentioned as we were there. The team also arrived later than the scheduled start time and took longer than the time initially estimated. During the service, there was some confusion about payment for the extra time, which was later “resolved”. While I appreciate the effort of the cleaners, I hope the company improves communication, scheduling, and handling of any issues that come up during the job.

"Scammers" in one word! Do not go with this cleaning company if you love your place. They work with cheap workers who are not at all skilled for deep cleaning. They are always rushing with things and even damaged my new house and put scratch marks on the wall and doors with the vacuum cleaner and cleaning rods. On top of that, the attitude and behavior of the owner is very unprofessional.

We are sorry to hear you were not happy with the cleaning, For years now all our clients are happy with our services and still comes back.
Before you book us you were already making issues with if the cleaning is not good you we not pay us and you wanted to pay part and talk about damage a day before the cleaning. We told you we are issued and we are careful.
We also told you to look for other companies if you are not sure of us and you still push us to come the next day to clean as if you are ready to paint us black here on Google.
We took pictures before we started and when the cleaners finished they ask you to take pictures for proof after to be sure there work was good and you refused total for this pictures.
You called us to refund your money back if not you we destroy us on Google.
You paid little money for 190m2 we told you is not enough for 4hr after renovation and you know the house is really in mess also included garden and balcony.
You were told all before and you still ask to do it which the team try there best and still continue the cleaning for 5 to 6hrs extra free time .
Without any changes.
If you say they scratch your doors walls etc why don't you allow them to take the picture immediately? You said no all is ok you can go .please be human and treat people good is not nice to see you put this reviews all because you want them to stay all day for little you pay and get your money back .
We didn't charge you at all extra 2hr more for free and you wrote this .

Zeker een aanrader om je woning via Luxenettoyage te laten schoonmaken. Ze zijn zeer flexibel met inplannen, last minute is altijd nog mogelijk geweest en we zijn altijd tevreden over het werk.
