Our family has stayed at many rental properties and this cabin is our favorite! It is comfortable, peaceful and has everything you could ever need. The location is great for long walks, hikes and biking. The neighborhood is centrally located to everything Tahoe. Communicating with the host was easy, which made us feel comfortable. We definitely will be back!
We loved this house for a winter family reunion. The local shuttle saves a ton of hassle while getting around Palisades Tahoe. The house is well appointed and it was the little extra touches that set it apart, a welcome basket, laundry detergent and coffee filters! They thought of everything and were quick to respond to any problems. Definetely book directly from Lunabase, not through airbnb or VRBO. Would stay here again. Thanks!

We had wonderful stay here. Kassie was super easy to communicate with and helped make sure we had everything we needed. The home was perfect for our family of 6 (grandparents, parents and 2 young kids). My kids loved the toys and art supplies that were provided. The home was clean, organized and cozy. Overall we loved our time here and can't wait to come back.

We had a wonderful stay with our young kids! Kassie and the Lunabase team were amazing hosts. The house is very clean, modern, well decorated, well maintained and well stocked with essentials. The welcome amenities were such a nice touch, one of the best we’ve seen at airbnbs. The kids loved their cute room, the arts & crafts supplies, toys and games. Bedding was comfortable and there’s plenty of seating in the living room/dining room area. We got snowed in and the house was perfect for our family. There’s a large fenced backyard & sleds in the garage so we spent a lot of time playing in the snow. The location is close ~10 minutes to downtown Truckee restaurants and grocery stores. We hope to return next ski season!

Best Airbnb ever! It was love at the first sight when we checked into this place, and we asked the host Kassie, to extend our stay for three more days right away because we just love this place so much. we immediately changed our travel plans so we get to stay longer and enjoy this beautiful house and it’s surroundings. Snowboarding, Woodward, kings beach, Riley’s super market etc, all accessible and so easy to get to from this location. Everything about this house is amazing, premium & of the best quality! The kitchen is perfect with everything ready, we made use of the patio and grills to make burgers, hotdogs and steaks for Super Bowl Sunday! Kassie is helpful and responsive, we are so so lucky to have found this house and to extend our stay. We plan to to come back every year for the winters and the summer time too. Thank you so much Kassie & your team to make this beautiful place and helped us to create such precious memories during our stay! We will definitely come back!

Our group stayed for 5 months, such a wonderful stay! The home is fully renovated feels brand new. Great furniture comfortable beds and couches. My husband and I stayed with his cousin. The bedroom downstairs with its own balcony was great for his privacy, and upstairs was very open when we wanted to share time together. Kassie is so responsive and always available. Upon check in she was extremely thoughtful and supplied everything and more than we can possibly need. Truly a wonderful stay. Would recommend

This is my favorite Airbnb house in Lake Tahoe area. Kassie is a superb host! she quickly responded to all my questions and was accommodating when we had to cancel our original booking and reschedule for a different week. The house is extremely clean and well decorated and well-maintained. You you can’t tell it’s a dog friendly rental. big driveway for parking several cars. Nice welcome goodie basket and for your dog. If you have a dog there are even dog bowls and pet waste pick up bags. Beds are comfortable. Upstairs living space is open and spacious. Kitchen is well designed and has many counters for cooking. Fenced yard is nice if you have a dog. The house is very comfortable. near walking or biking path. Also near the Prosser Creek reservoir so you were able to take the dog there to swim and we kayaked. The neighborhood is quiet. But The back of the house does face the highway so you can hear the traffic noise. Wasn’t a big deal for us but if you like to sleep in this might not be the best place for you.

We had the best time at Kassie's beautiful home! My husband, toddler, and small dogs spent a couple of weeks in Truckee while we were waiting for our new home to be ready. Kassie is a stellar host—so thoughtful in how she's designed the peaceful, comfortable space and also in how she communicates recommendations for things to do to suit your taste. She even purchased groceries for us to be ready upon arrival, in addition to leaving fun treats like s'mores kits. Our dogs loved the big (fully-fenced in!) backyard, and our toddler was totally content to spend hours exploring and playing with the many toys at the house (unheard of!). We really fell in love with Lake Tahoe and the surrounding areas and can't wait to visit again soon!

Great home, Great location and Great communication with Kassie. Travelled to Truckee on a late April afternoon and a bigger than expected storm had dumped a foot and a half of snow. The driveway had been plowed just hours before we got there which was a life saver. The house was easy to find, house instructions were clear and simple and the stay was fantastic. The home had everything you needed for a comfortable stay. Thank you! We will definitely book again in the future.

I can’t say enough great things about Kassie and her house. Hands down the best host we’ve encountered. There were sweet treats when we arrived that made us feel welcome. Kassie is very quick to respond and the home is exactly as advertised. The fenced in yard was great for our dog and there was plenty of space for the kiddos to play. A true gem!!
