I had a great experience! It was a beautiful atmosphere with professional staff including receptionist. My lashes came out great! I used technician Eleven and he did a great job again! Will definitely be back!

I've been with Lumin Lash for more than a year, and started going to the Rosenberg location because I lived in the area. Even after moving to Katy, I would drive 40 min to be able to remain with my stylist, but today I was informed that she had left the company. Most places would have left it there, but not Patricia. She went above and beyond to not only let me know of another location closer to my new home, she also transferred my account to that location, found a new stylist for me and also set the next appointment. Standing ovation to this amazing individual and the level of customer service she provided! Hands down, I would recommend Lumin Lash... again, and again, and again! Thank you so much Patricia, I hope to see you at the new location!

Worst place to do eyelashes left they don’t know how to do it it’s look like I didn’t do anything and look the difference between the two eyes not worth the 75$
