I have had 3 sessions with Marion and she has proven to be both delightful but also highly effective at treating my various aches, pains and stiffness. I have now decided to have a regular maintenance session given the great progress she helped me make with a very stiff neck and shoulders, and twisted lower back.

Lucy has helped me through a really difficult time. She has been patient, informative, professional and really caring. I've valued her treatment and kindness and I am really appreciative for the help, support and safe space she's provided for me for my recovery

I've had issues with low back / hip pain for while which earlier in the year prevented me from running, strength training and restricted my general movement. As I also have a sedentary job it was impacting the quality of my work life as well. I had an initial consultation with Lucy where we talked through the issues I was experiencing, an examination was conducted of the affected areas and we discussed what my goals were. Lucy's targeted treatment plan and guidance during this year have helped me immensely. Both the hands on treatment and the suggested out-patient exercises I've been given to help alleviate the pain and build strength in the supporting muscles groups have meant that my pain levels have reduced dramatically over the period of time I have been treated by Lucy. I am now able to effectively manage my pain levels so I'm not suffering as much when needing to sit for sustained periods of time at my desk for my job and I've also been able resume a healthy active lifestyle including being able to start running again. It's been a very worthwhile two way process and thank you Lucy for all your help getting me back to where I wanted to be.

Lucy Smith is a very able osteopath and I feel very fortunate to have found her. Lucy takes a detailed health history, especially in relation to whatever pain/condition the patient arrives with. She give sensible advice for exercises as well as appropriate massage and manipulation, plus, where necessary, ideas for pain management. Lucy is patient and kind and rejoices when the pain or discomfort is relieved for the patient. I found her very helpful in the massage she performed and the tips she gave me.

Lucy is a highly experienced and knowledgeable osteopath.She was able see me within 24hrs of my contact . I am 70 years old suffering life long soft tissue issues .I usually see my Osteo weekly back home in NZ .Lucy was able to relieve most of my pain in this one session .I am travelling so to find Lucy was very lucky and I am truly grateful. I was recommended Lucy by a friend several years ago after a fall I'd had and was suffering with back issues. I found Lucy to be not only professional and extremely knowledgeable but also very kind, friendly and welcoming. The back issue was dealt with and I have continued to see Lucy on and off over the last few years due to a reoccurring shoulder issue iv had since childhood. Lucy provides me great relief from the pain from this as well as an over all feeling of stress/tension relief. Although there are osteopaths closer to where I live i chose to travel across the city because I feel genuinely cared for by Lucy. Highly recommended.
