Big thank you for responding to: It would be helpful and customer friendly if a person could answer the phone or acknowledge my email or online form enquiries with a detailed response. It's concerning that I paid £9.99 1-3 days delivery by Evir or Parcelforce. I would like the parcel tracking details. I've given 3 stars with the benefit of the doubt. Big thank you for the quick response with tracking details - very helpful indeed and customer friendly. 5 star now.
sent wrong bulbs then want me to pay return postage but wouldnt give me return adress.. absolute cowboys stay well clear do not buy from these scammers

We have not sent the wrong bulbs - you actually ordered tube lights from us via Amazon. You demanded via Amazon a free return label, we asked why the items were being returned and you replied with "The ends of the bulbs are an unusual shape" you also advised that the made a buzzing noise when installed - we then replied asking if you had removed the starter as our LED tube lights do not need a starter and this is probably why they are buzzing, if the instructions we include are followed the installation is very straightforward.
You have not replied to that email. So to state we have asked for you to pay the return postage and haven't given you our address is total fabrication.

Item damaged, sent email about sending items with better protection but no reply.
Also asked company to phone 1 hour before delivery/ didn’t phone so was a little disappointed.
Overall I checked out solar panel and it still works, but will have to repair damage as the item is to be placed outside.
Terrible company. Product arrived missing parts. When I complained they said I could purchase the part at additional cost. Stay away.

You purchased a pool heating kit. The pipe and connection you state was missing was not advertised in the product you purchased as this pipe and connection is the feed from your pool and could have any type of fitting. You asked if we stocked that part and unfortunately we do not as it is a manufacturer only part. The items we sold and delivered were as described and as per our messages to you if the item is unsuitable you can return it to us in an unused condition and we will happily refund you for it.

Purchased 6 x 12v 30w flood ligjts, all perfect working order, but after 5 mins of the light being illuminated the unit itself was too hot too touch burning my hand.
Very dangerous for a company like this to be selling these lights without any warning labels etc.
I sent all items back at a cost to myself of over £10, to be told there is nothing wrong with these lights, of course they would say that to avoid refunding return postage costs to which I was told if they are faulty refund postage would be refunded.
As per title, buyer beware! If I was you I'd buy from elsewhere!!!!!! And I can't stress this enough from this poor company selling dangerous items!!!!!!!!
Buy if you want to be ripped off!!!!!!

The items that you purchased have a heat sink on the back of them to vent any heat from the lights however we are quite concerned that you felt the need to touch these?
These are out outdoor flood lights which are meant to be mounted on a wall to illuminate space. We agree that you did send the items back to us and they were tested by us and found not to be faulty and operated within the parameters of the UKCA certification they hold therefore they were deemed non-faulty. In line with the distance selling regulations postage for the return was not applicable. I’m sorry that you felt unhappy with this decision.
To claim we sell dangerous items is incorrect, all our items comply with all U.K. legislation and are tested and hold valid certifications.

DO NOT PURCHASE if you think that this "kit" comes with instructions, fasteners or even cable from Controller to battery. Do not expect tracking information either. Should you purchase this bundle of items, expect to get zero help from the firm . There are some plastic items which purport to be the mounting frame, but, these don't come with pre-drilled holes or guidance as to where to drill any hole nor what to use to fasten the solar panel to these or how to even fasten these to your base (roof / wall etc) I sincerely hope that, if and when I deduce how to get this lot together and running, that I don't need any after market support. There are better, comprehensive actual "kits" which include basic things like instructions and the means to fit, on the market. I shan't be buying from these again and advise you not to either.

The cable from controller to battery - you are correct, we do not include this as we have no idea how long your items are apart; it could be 1m or it could be 100m's. This is why we do not include it and people can purchase the desired length of cable needed from us separately.
The mounting brackets do not have predrilled holes as these are suitable for solar panels from 10w right upto 250w and the holes would be in different locations depending on the size of the panel.

Ordered a couple of water savers for our toilet cisterns. They were very reasonably priced and our order was dispatched immediately . From our experience we would recommend this company.

My order was missing a part & they have refused to send me the missing part.
I sent them a photo of my order and mistakenly had a product i ordered from a a different company in the photo (my mistake) but i messaged them straight after and explained that product wasn’t in my order i had ordered it from another seller and sent them proof of my order from the other company.
They then proceeded to say that this product was from them, and if i returned it they would send me my missing part. I send them multiple screenshots to prove that this product was bought from another company yet they kept saying it was from them & that they aren’t going to send me my missing part of the order. I ordered from eBay so luckily i can get my money back through eBay, but if there is any issues i will be going via the bank and getting it back that way. Customer services were blunt, came across rude and unhelpful making me out to be a lier.
I would definitely recommend NOT ordering from them and take your business elsewhere. I will also be leaving a review on their EBay page so stay clear from both

Firstly apologies for the order picking error, it is never our intention to get orders out wrong.We have never advised we will not sent the part out. The photo you sent of the order had a cable entry which matches the items we stock. The proof of order you sent to us shows that the ordered item hasn't been delivered yet nor is it the same shape as the item you have ordered. Your last email to us was "i have contacted eBay. So I’ll no longer be needing to message you , eBay can sort this now" so we shall leave it to them.
I had a problem with dimmer switch ( that was my fault). They responded quickly - switch fitted and working. Otherwise good price and fast delivery.

I ordered the wrong Victron inverter from this company, but as a total newbie to van conversion, didn't realise my mistake until it was time to fit it. I hadn't taken it out of the box and asked if I could return it with the promise of buying a more expensive replacement. This company flatly refused saying I was out of the 30 day returns policy. Although they are legally entitled to take this view, I feel they have been unhelpful and unkind. Hence 2 star rating.

Unfortunately with Victron at time of purchase we have to register your five year warranty with them and we have a 30 day period where we can revoke that warranty if a buyer changes their mind. Unfortunately you decided that you needed to return this item outside of the 30 day warranty therefore we were unable to help as it would be unfair on the person who then purchased your item as their warranty would’ve already begun to no fault of their own.
