I will say the entire experience from the very 1st phone call to the day we received our precious Zoey's Ashes Loving Pets support and knowledge provided us with kindness and understanding you don't find very often in this day and age. My husband isn't know for his sweet disposition and when it came to his fur baby he is zero tolerance. It really made a difference that in his assertive way He was able to voice his wishes to Loving pets experts who actually listened to his requests they delivered exactly the perfect extras that gave us peace of mind that we made the perfect choice in trusting the special people that operate and run the Loving Pets T
It has been months since my beloved dog Lucky passed, but I figured I should share my review any way. I want to start by saying that the package I ultimately received was very beautiful and I am very happy with the physical products I received from this company. They did well in honoring my best friend and providing me with cherished mementos. The mementos were the main draw for me when I chose Angel Paw/ Loving Pet. My dog Lucky had cancer, and although I was starting to emotionally prepare myself for the end of his life, his death came suddenly. I was alone with him when it happened and I felt panicked and anguished about what would have to come next. I should have stopped and called our vet and asked them to hold his body for me while I figured things out, but instead I immediately started trying to find an aquamation service that had the mementos I knew I would need to grieve and remember Lucky. So I turned to Loving Pet/Angel Paw. Their website looked so clean and modern! I was impressed so I filled out a form and they called me very quickly. A van was dispatched to my home and arrived in 2 hours. The driver who picked up Lucky from me told me the process would take 2 weeks. Loving Pet/ Angel Paw promised cutting edge technology that would keep grieving pet parents in the loop every step of the way of the cremation process. It's proudly proclaimed in their About Us story that the whole point is to keep families away from the nightmare of not knowing. I was stuck in that nightmare of not knowing for a month. If you're stuck waiting, please know you will get your pet, but it will take a month. I was in agony thinking I had chosen wrong, or that I got scammed and I would never get Lucky back ever again. I did get Lucky back and so will you. You unfortunately just need to keep waiting. The app never updated with any of the steps of Lucky's aquamation process. After 2 weeks I started calling and calling and calling. I left messages with my phone number asking for a call back that never came. I had more success with emailing them. I would recommend emailing if calling isn't working. The explanation for the delay was The Weather. Southern California was experiencing torrential unrelenting rain earlier this past spring. Fair enough. 3 Weeks after they picked up Lucky from me, someone responds to my email saying Lucky would be shipped to me. They don't provide me with a tracking number even when I ask. At this point I am having slightly more luck getting them on the phone. A few days after I asked for the tracking number via email, I call and a Lovely man who said his name was Jeff answered. Lucky had not been shipped out yet after all, BUT Jeff does reassure me that Lucky's cremation package was ready to go and would be shipped ASAP. And it was. So shout out to Jeff for that one. I get a text message later that same day with the UPS label. Overall this experience was unpleasant. Complete lack of communication with grieving pet parents. I would not recommend this cremation company to anybody in the future. But if you've already chosen Loving Pet/ Angel Paw, please just wait it out. Your baby will be home soon.

We decided to use loving pet based on the fact that they had tracking, the story of why they created the company, and the fact that they were voted #1 in Southern California (which we have not found evidence of). This company is a scam, not only did we not receive tracking, but they picked up my dog in a freaking trash bag and even had the audacity to say "have a great day" when they were leaving my house with my dead dog. After the weird interaction we still believed we had placed our dog in good hands. After 2 weeks, we still had not heard anything about his where about or when we would get him back. We called and were told that weather had delayed the process. Death and cremations don't stop because of some rain, so we started to get suspicious. After 3 weeks we still had not received any update. We called back, no one answered. Called again and left a voicemail, and then someone finally called back. They said they had shipped our dog on Friday (3/31/23) and that we should receive the package in 3 to 5 days. We asked for a tracking number and received one that didn't work. We complained again and then they claimed they missed a digit and sent the corrected tracking. When you look at the tracking, our dog wasn't shipped out on Friday (3/31/23), he was actually shipped out on Tuesday (4/4/23). When we finally got the package, the ashes were in a freaking ziplock bag and I'm not fully convinced they are my dog's ashes. We also received a clay paw print that looks nothing like my dog's paw print. I am absolutely disgusted by this company

My wife sadly had a small pet (a bunny) pass away on a weekend when our vet was not open. My wife was very attched to this pet, so want to get her taken care of immediately, so she contacted Loving Pet about cremation services.The woman my wife spoke to was very compassionate, helped us set up our order and get things started...She did however inform us there would be an extra surcharge since we were "outside the service area"..They claim to serve LA county and we are in Glendora, which is LA county..but wife wanted to continue so okay. She explained a driver would pick up the pet in a few hours (they did) and that we would receive our pet back in 7-10 days.We received our pet in her little box yesterday, two days shy of a month after she was picked up.We kept checking tracking and it showed bunny at a location in San Diego, but no progress. Often the web address never loads up to check status. Phone inquiries after two weeks of waiting got no return call. I did finally get a return call after sending a number of emails, and the excure was weather and other factors delayed the process..this is So Cal, not Chicago..what weather delays? So, not 7-10 days, a month. An extra $100 charge for being outside the service area, although we are in the service area. A terrible communication after the initial call..Never again
BEWARE of this Business!!! Pick a local pet crematory that has a physical business address. We made a HUGE mistake getting their service. The tracking app was NEVER accurate, not in real -time crap that they said on their website. They were not calling back and stopped responding to our emails. They said 1-1/2 week for the whole process, it took almost 4 weeks. Do not believe the lies they post on their website!
I was overwhelmed by the professionalism and enthusiasm of the crews. They are very passionate and kindhearted during our bereavement of our beloved pet Anna. Their service was top notch and sincere. Thank you for the service you rendered to us.
This company does not even have a physical location to their business. All the pictures attached to their website are stock photos from other business and has nothing to do with theirs. I had researched them once I spoke to a gentleman on the phone. He couldn't give me any information. They claim to be rated #1 but have no ratings. So unfortunate they have to mislead the public to gain business. They also claim to have facilities across Southern California which is a straight lie. Make sure you as a pet owner does your research before you go with a company. I ended up going to a place further away in LA that had a physical location that did not lie about what they were doing.
