Personalized birthday tote bags I ordered 2 full size tote bags from a supposed company called HerKnow.com and associated with Love Gifts LLC. The product was NOT what I ordered!! They sent me 2 mini totes that will be useless because of their size. As well the monogramming of my name on the make up bag is crooked and the flower print is very very poor quality. It looks like it was made in a kindergarten class. The “customer service” has been horrible to deal with!! The person replying does not know English and cent reply to the questions I ask. They will not honour a refund and they have now blocked their email so I’m out over $100!!!!
