Second time here and same guy that is no help. For a place that does custom doors, he wanted us you take the cheapest route. Not the best route for your home. Walked away from us. Just not friendly or helpful as a new customer. Do not have any interest of coming back. From the experience this place doesn’t care if they sell you anything or not. Must not need the business.

Hi Raechel Geldof in response to your review of our employee and our business I would personally like to take the time to congratulate you for being the Queen of one star reviews! Wow 12 out of 18 ! That’s a lot of unhappiness. Now first I definitely reassure you our business and most that are open to make money would not want you to take the cheapest option. That just sounds so ridiculous. Second you wanted a door that doesn’t exist. We do custom doors all day long and some very challenging. Our craftsman does not turn down many requests But they do have to be within reason and possible to do. I wish this could have been solved in store I would have loved to talk with you. Reviews are very important and we do care about our customers and their satisfaction. But there are times when nothing we do would make a person happy. We look forward to our continued success and serving all our valued customers.
I purchased a mini blind exterior door that had to be rehung this past summer. The price was good, and the timeliness in which they were able to alter the swing direction was impressive. I was happy enough with that door that I went back to look at their fridges when I needed one a couple days ago. From the second I got there everyone was extremely helpful. Nate helped me out picking out the right fridge. He was very knowledgeable and I felt like I was talking to an old friend. When cashing out the older gentleman at the counter, was joking with my youngest son, and made me feel like we weren’t just another sale to them. When the fridge was delivered the next day, again, I was very impressed at how professional and capable their delivery guy James was. The fridge was a monster but he was able to move it around with ease being very careful not to scratch it or make any uncontrolled moves. I can’t overstate how impressed I am with Lou’s after my last two purchases. Thank you for restoring my faith in humanity.

Attentive and knowledgeable. I wish they were closer as we would never go anywhere else for our lumber/building needs (them and their parent company attached).
They seem to have hit the hiring jackpot because we have never had a poor encounter with an employee here.
Well worth the trip every time.
