This company was great to work with. Easy to find on arrival just outside the gate. Vehicle was clean and cool. Driver was professional and friendly and gave us cold beers to enjoy. Upon departure, there was a scheduling snafu. However company was easy to get ahold of as they have a US based phone number and was super accommodating to get us to the airport on time. Highly recommend.

Our driver Luis was very professional, on time (7 am pickup) and was very kind and accommodating in every way. Our black SUV was clean and nice. I have used several different transportation companies but Los Cabos Shuttles is now my favorite and will recommend them. Look forward to using them again next year when we are back! Cabo shuttles were so helpful for our big group! We arranged transportation to flora farms for 13+ people and it was quick and seamless to coordinate. We just had a fabulous experience with Los Cabos Airport Shuttles. They gave out detailed descriptions of where to locate company representatives at the airport. Cold drinks were provided the minute we got into our private shuttle. I also had a situation where I gave them the wrong pick up date and they were so good about sending a driver for our correct departure date. Once again I cannot say enough about this company! My family flew in for Easter, three different flights from the US, and every time there was an agent ready to meet them, even with a delay on one of the flights. Great service, friendly bilingual drivers and even stopped for groceries on the way. Yes, there may be less expensive options if you look around but for me it is worth every penny.
