I went in to browse around, and a salesman promptly alerted the security guard, who was standing near the entrance, to step inside. Of course, I cut my browsing short and did not buy anything. Instead I found, and purchased, a lovely necklace from a retailer on Fifth Avenue.

While casually stopping at London jewelers on my way to a soccer game at Redbull arena, Qendrese was very friendly and although I was clear that I will not be making a purchase and just wanted to see the watch, she treated me as if I was going to be purchasing it. I kept her business card and a few months later I contacted her regarding the watch, to my surprise she remembered me but the watch was sold out, she placed a special order with the manufacturer and within a week I had my watch. Great service, and I will definitely be making my next purchase with Qendrese.

Each time I shop London Jewelers World Trade Center I am greeted by a friendly knowledgeable sales team. I usually make an appointment to see Giovanni Camillieri, he’s been my salesperson for over two years now. Giovanni is a caring, professional and very patient. He is concerned for my complete satisfaction or he rather not make the sale. Giovanni is a true gentleman and honest salesperson. I only shop for my jewelry at London.

On your website it says that you have Rolex. We traveled from far, paid 100$ for parking in order to buy a Rolex for our daughter’s birthday and when we arrived one of your sellers told us that you don’t carry Rolex anymore. He decline to call other locations to ask if they carried what we were looking for to help us. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE !!!
