Tom was very knowledgeable, and was able to install a fireplace we had sourced into a blocked up chimney. He was very polite, and friendly. We are very happy with how it looks! Cost exactly what was quoted. Would recommend to anyone 😊

Tom and Steve installed liner, chimney pot, stove, alarm in about half a day, everything was done to the highest standards. From the initial contact with Tom he was very informative and very competitive. On the day Tom and team arrived early got straight to work installing our woodburner laying the hearth and installing the flue very clean tidy and polite lads. So impressed with Tom and his workforce. We knew what we wanted and from the start Tom was more than helpful. He managed to fit us in before Christmas. He planned the works accordingly, from widening the opening, to making good and plastering, to final installation of our stove and hearth. Very professional and friendly. Tom and his colleague did a fantastic job installing our new log burner, we are absolutely over the moon with it. We had a few delays getting the log burner that I chose due to the manufacturer having delays but Tom kept us updated the whole way through. The work itself was done to a high standard and was quick and clean and I had no mess left behind at all. The communication was great and tom is very knowledgable, I have no hesitation in recommending this company. I know that Tom is just at the other end if the phone if needed

I highly recommend using London & Kent Chimney Services! We had a gas fire removed, wood burner installed, a new stone surround supplied / installed and another blocked up fire place opened up. I spent many hours contacting people / companies to carry out the works and of the cira 6 quotes i received London & Kent Chimney Services was the only one that was clear, transparent and felt fair. You only have to speak to Tom off the back of the quote to know you are in safe hands. If you want a high quality job done by genuine gents (who are a good company to have in the house as well) that will make the whole process as easy and as painless as possible with transparent costs you should get in touch with them!

Today we had our stove, flue liner etc. installed by Tom & his father. We couldn’t be happier with the service we received. Both were pleasant, polite and courteous. Tom was very understanding when we had to change our initial installation date - and he was able to accommodate a new date (within a very reasonable time frame) without a fuss. I’d recommend them to anyone looking for a trusted, reasonably priced local company.

Really happy with the service Tom and his team provided. When they came to install it, the weather was awful but they carried on and got the job done - they even cleaned the whole stove before they left! The cost of the installation was really competitive, and the team's experience was obvious. I'd happily recommend these guys to any of my friends and family.

Excellent service from Tom, very professional. After chatting on the phone he came over to inspect the existing fireplace and we chose the best solution for my space. I am very happy with the end product, the installation was smooth and I am now enjoying my new wood stove! I would definitely recommend!

Tom removed an old fireplace and surround and replaced with a reclaimed, refurbished tiled fireplace. The finished job looks brilliant and great care was taken. Finishing was clean and tidy- very highly recommended.
