Mario fixed my kwikset smart lock that had stopped working. He had to do some really intricate wiring to get it to work again. He was really knowledgeable and worked quickly and efficiently.
Mario answered a call to change our locks at 8:30pm! He was at our place in less than 10 minutes and did a great job of replacing doorknobs and locks. The charge was less than I expected considering a night call. Thank you, Mario!

Mario was very honest. He told me my front door lock did not need replacement and instead clean and lubricated the current lock. He also charged me a very reasonable rate.

Mario reached out to me today via telephone and asked if there is anything he could do to correct the below deficiencies. I sincerely believe he would have fixed the small ding had I asked him to (it's a wood floor, it's going to get dinged). I appreciate him apologizing and accepting responsibility. I believe that is rare in today's world of poor customer service and chronic ghosting. Because of this I have increased the rating to 4-star. I also recommend him to others as he clearly cares about providing quality service and will call him again should the need arise.
Initial review:
Sound installation of locks and punctual, however Mario did not clean up his mess after installation (wood shavings, packaging for new lock, etc). He also put a gouge in my beautiful hardwood floors that I noticed after his departure. Would have given 5 stars if not for these 2 issues. It's the small stuff that counts.

I always make it a priority to clean up after my work, and I even made sure to ask you for trash can to dispose of the packages. However, I sincerely apologize if I may have missed cleaning up around the basement door. That was never my intention.
As the damage on your hardwood floors, I can assure you that it was not caused by me. I take great care to protect my work area. And avoid any damage to my clients homes.

Our front door deadbolt broke and we couldnât open the door. Mario was at my house within about twenty minutes of my call. He removed the interior of the old lock and was able to replace it without me having to buy an entire new keypad lock. Mario was pleasant and professional. He took the time to test the new lock and make sure I knew how to lock unlock it with the number pad. I appreciate his prompt and skillful service and would definitely use this service again.

Amazing work. I got locked out of my vehicle and I had called around 4 places that all needed to call me back to see if they could come. I called Locks-R-Us and on the same phone call they told me the price and time of arrival (which was insanely fast considering how far out of the city we were). Would definitely recommend.
