Lloyd’s is a phenomenal company to work with and I highly recommend them for your remodeling needs! The communication was amazing! They sent a schedule upfront of when they would be doing what part of the project, this allowed me to make arrangements for my dogs on painting day, etc. They checked in at the beginning and end of each day and often times throughout day. Whenever I had a question, they responded quickly, even when I text at the end of the workday. We had a small hiccup with flooring when I thought that I had more flooring than I did. They went above and beyond when they helped me track down my discontinued floor and ordered it for me. They also surprised me by replacing a drawer panel that was damaged when I was moving items into the house! I initially chose Lloyd’s because they were the only Company in the area that carried the cabinet line that was installed in my house. So while they were initially, my only choice, they turned out to be the absolute best choice as well. :-) thank you so much Brandon, Will, Lisa and Mike!

It has been almost two weeks since we requested a quotation for our kitchen island, and we still have not received any quote or any communication. The lack of customer service and follow-up has been very disappointing. We understand that quotes may take time, but not receiving any response at all is frustrating and unprofessional. I expected much better communication from a company providing this type of service.

I just wanted to let everyone know how impressed and fun it was working with Lloyd’s. We did a major renovation of our kitchen. The work was completed according to their original schedule. The people are amazing, from the inside people (Michael, Steve, and especially Lisa) to the outside people doing the work (Brandon and Will). They’re willing to listen to and implement our ideas and changes along with offering suggestions. I highly recommend them for any remodeling project you want.

We worked with the team at Lloyd's to finish up a partial bathroom remodel. Lisa came out and did our initial consultation and then we worked with Brandon and a great team of folks to get everything done! They helped us put up drywall, waterproof, source and install the surround, and made sure everything was sealed up at the end. Everyone was very knowledgeable and super polite and communicative. We'll definitely be keeping them in mind for any future projects.

I cannot give Lloyd's enough praise. Our entire kitchen remodel experience was great. The communication and quality of work was unbelievable. They stayed on schedule and Brandon was there continously check on the progress. The various trades that they used were very professional and their work was stellar. Every Lloyd family member and employee that we worked with was very friendly and accommodating. If you need any remodeling work around your house, I would not hesitate recommend using Lloyd's.

Had them come out on 25 Sept to do a quote/bid for a bathroom remodel. They came out and said it would take a week to get the quote back. It is now Oct 21, almost a month later, and ai still haven’t received a quote back. Response to your response: Email received. For clarification I did call the week after your team was out here and they told me one more week. Now three weeks later I receive the quote, which I feel was only sent to me because of the public complaint. As the customer, I would expect your team to be in contact with me rather than you expecting me to call you again. Of note, the drawing and quote was nothing like we discussed.

Built all of my cabnet s in kitchen from boxes that had to be assembled..and cabnet s in my utility room.very professional and always on time . the best prices..quility of work you will find in that area Highly Recommend this company Rick Dubson

We had a great experience with Lloyds! I was very impressed with the communication, the detailed schedule laid out before the project started, and the fact that every single day they were at my house when they said they would be. The construction zone was neatly isolated so as not to disrupt or dust the rest of our home. Every tradesman was excellent and meticulous in their craft, and in the end, we got exactly what we envisioned--a new kitchen island and the most beautiful built-ins/fireplace. Highly recommend!

Lloyd's removed a built in oven and cooktop from my kitchen to allow for installation of a new range. This was a unique scope of work that was more challenging to obtain quotes for (too small a project for most remodeling companies who want to replace all the cabinets/countertops, too big a project for appliance companies). Lloyd's completed the work very quickly and in a professional manner. The end result looks great!

We are so happy with our new kitchen -- from the design to the completion Lloyd's had it well organized and listened to all of our wants and desires so it turned out exactly as we wanted it. The quote was completely broken down and priced line by line so we could pick out items we could do ourselves and save on the cost. We were always updated if timing or anything changed. The workers who came were efficient, precise, and courteous. Our 5 year old grandson summed it up perfectly -- He said, "I give this kitchen 10 thumbs up" as he raised both hands with his fingers straight up!

Mike and his people were so great to work with. I don't have the biggest home to remodel, but I felt like I was treated like his biggest customer. I wanted to maximize the awkward kitchen space I have and Mike put in extra time laying it out until I was satisfied with the design. As a result, I am extremely pleased with the final product. The quality is fantastic and that extra effort makes the whole kitchen chef friendly and comfortable. They also did a bathroom and bar area. Those were relatively simple compared with the kitchen, but also turned out beautiful. We only had one small adjustment issue and Mike had his guy come fix it right away. Those attentions to detail and customer service really matter to me and made the whole process stress free and a pleasure. Updated review: Recently bought a new house with a half finished job by another contractor that was unresponsive. I had such a great experience with Lloyd's in the past that I called them up to come look at what it would take to finish this one. They did a fantastic job making sure everything was completed and all exactly on schedule as promised. DETAILS! Details are so important and Mike's guys pay attention to those details that are the difference between a professionally finished project and those that leave a laundry list of loose ends. I gave them 5 stars last time, and I'll give them another 5, making a total of 10. Another update: We had a problem with the master bath shower in our 20 year old house. Turns out the original builder didn't attach the plumbing to the shower pan correctly and it's been leaking the whole time. I started cutting into the ceiling below to find the leak and black mold everywhere. I don't mess with that, so I called a disaster remediation company and they promised a complete turn-key job. It turned into a disaster as they didn't manage the contractors they sent, who spent 5 months pointing fingers at each other and the finished work leaked worse than original. I fired them all and placed a call to Mike at Lloyd's. I didn't know they did full bath remodels, having just used them for kitchens in the past. Again, he sent out complete professionals that went right to work. We had to tear out a good deal of the previous work that was sloppy and replace it properly. Again, I stress, PROFESSIONALS make the difference in getting the job done right. In no time at all it was done and better than the original. I should have placed my first call to them and let them manage the necessary remediation sub-contractors instead of the other way around. I'm giving another 5 stars! What are we up to, 15 stars now?

During every step of this renovation, Lloyd’s kept us advised of what exactly was going on and when it would occur enabling us to live in our own home during this major work. They were always punctual. If any changes came up, they kept us apprised. Lloyd’s personnel and sub-contractor personnel were very careful as our home was updated and definitely made better. Attention was paid to every detail during this endeavor. We recommend Lloyd’s Remodeling and Cabinetry to anyone wanting a professional upgrade and quality work at a fair price.
