Josh is amazing! My 75 year Mum had hurt her knee and it has swollen up. Josh came to the house and was able to identify that there was scar tissue from a small tear. He was really friendly and chatty whilst doing his work and explained what he was doing and why, which put my Mum at ease. He also gave me mum suggestions on what exercises would help her knee. My Mum could already feel the benefit after the sessions and hopefully even more so in a few days. We were both very impressed Thanks Josh

I went to Steve for a pregnancy massage today having been in pain for the last 5 weeks. Steve explained exactly what areas he would be working on throughout the massage and how I would need to lie on the couch etc. as I’d never had a massage before. As soon as I got off the couch I could already feel a difference and I now have hope that my back is going to fully recover. Thanks Steve!

Ben is very thorough in his work, targeting areas that are causing the biggest issues. I had tightness in and around my right hip which was instantly relieved after seeing Ben. Would highly recommend.

Today i went for my first massage for a painful neck ache with restricted movement. I booked with Alison, one of the senior therapists at LIVEWELL HEALTH Sports massage therapy. I completed a full history and physical questionnaire as it was my first visit, then Alison explained what the massage would involve. My neck felt a little less tense after the treatment but still tender. Alison told me to add ice and heat to the area and would contact my after 48 hours to see how i felt. She suggested further treatment would be beneficial as my shoulder area was very tense. Alison is very knowledgeable professional and gave me great advice. I feel I will definitely be re-booking. Thank you Alison.

Valentina is a very talented Sports Therapist. She listens carefully, asks insightful questions and (in my experience) Valentina identifies the issue and provides treatments that make an impact quickly. I have no hesitation in recommending Valentina.

Adam was really professional and careful with the pressure he offered during my sport massage. I had expressed I had woken up several days ago in a lot of inexplicable pain. He told me I was very knotted. Definitely recommend Adam for a sports massage as I feel much better and loose than before my visit.

Adam is giving me treatment for an issue with my shoulder. Adam is a professional and skilled individual, he put me at ease and talked me through the treatment. I’ve already booked a second treatment to help me on the road to recovery.

Ste was recommended by my daughter-in-law, after years of back pain and having a new hip, I felt I would never get to walking normally. Nhs said pain medication and physio sent away with a few exercises , which didn’t help, but since Ste came in, I’m beginning to feel so much more positive, so can you. 😊

Had a session with Ben last week for massage and cupping. My legs were feeling rough and heavy prior to the treatment. I felt a difference straight away and even better a few days after! Couldn’t recommend enough🙌🏼

I had been in constant pain for weeks. After my treatment I felt like I was walking on a cloud. Amazing!

Being a lorry driver I started to suffer from a severe neck/back pain. A huge knot behind my shoulder blade, being there for 6 months maybe more on and off. I went to one or two massage therapists, it did not do the trick. I found Live Well and went with Steve. Went with a Deep Tissue Massage. After expressing my issue, his explanation to the deep tissue totally reduced my pain. Advising another may be needed. Couldn’t have been happier with the result. Felt sore the next morning as advised, however the knot and aches reduced significantly. Due to book another soon.

I booked a massage with Ben prior to a run I had booked. Great at his job, Very professional & punctual. Would highly recommend, have already booked my next appointment for before my next run! Thanks Ben!
