☺The location was perfect. A nice, clean, absolutely safe neighborhood. Close to two supermarkets, some cafes and food places and public transport. ☹Unfortunately, a complicated, unorganized booking process and unclean apartment make this a no-go. Organization: There were several things that were confusing because they were not well organized by the managers of this apartment. When I made the booking I got a message from them that I needed to make an additional payment of 300 euro that will be returned to me after we leave as a security deposit in case we damage the apartment. The process for doing that was complicated. You went to a site where you had to upload your id, selfie, write a bunch of info. But you didn't get the check in information until the day before arriving when the payment of the security deposit would happen. On the day before the check in info was still not open. I send them a message. When they didn't answer I called and they told me on the phone it would happen at 3. Then they answered to the message saying it would happen on the day of arrival. I explained I wanted to know how to get in the apartment before we are there. Finally, they said at 3. When we got to the apartment there were problems communicating too. I messaged them about help with a taxi and got no answer. They send me a message on the last day about leaving an extra 35 euro there for taxes and I answered ok and asked me what time we leave. Even though I told them they called me on the phone to ask the same thing. There wss just a lot of unorganized communication. Cleanliness The biggest issue was the apartment was not clean. The minute we walked in there was a bad smell. Everything in the kitchen was dirty. The pan had so much grease and oil stuck on it we had to clean and the drawers with the forks and knives were dusty and unclean. We had to wash everything. The sheets in one of the beds smelled realky bad of cigarettes. General cleanliness was a big issue.

There was nothing luxury about this apartment!! ☺Self check in was easy with good instructions.The bathroom was adequate. ☹The bed was awful, we could feel all the springs poking through, we had very little sleep. Very limited Kitchen utensils, 2 knives, 2 folks, 2 spoons, 1 spatulas, only 1 teaspoon, there was no toaster. The TV was positioned on the wall, so you couldn't see it from the bed, there was no sofa, so you could not watch it from a different position. The vacuum was in the 1 wardrobe, a bucket and mop was on the kitchen floor, it really wasn't nice, you would expect them to be in a cupboard. The apartment was incredibly hot, there was a fan, but it's base was wobbly so it kept falling forward. We had to be sent 5 WIFI passwords before we were able to connect to the WiFi, very frustrating. Across the road to the apartment block was a very unsightly pile of rubbish and furniture. Parking was very difficult, road was very busy.

It was ok for our purposes but has the potential to be so much better. ☺ The location was excellent for our purposes and the property is well connected with nearby bus routes. There is also a lovely roof terrace which was a bonus. ☹ This could be an amazing holiday let but it needs a bit of tlc. It is a bit worn around the edges and some basics were missing (there was only one fork and no coffee maker, for example). Some new pots and pans and more thorough cleaning would be good too, We had a major issue in that there was no hot water throughout our stay, The host tried to fix this but the issue was not resolved.

Don't Recommend ☺ Bed and bathroom ☹ The wrong room was given, broken furniture, old bedlinen in bulk bags 15 large bulk bags stacked up around the front door smell of dampness entering the flat. 2 flats were half decorated & with minimal furniture nothing like the photos in the brochure. Takes forever to reach customer service. They don't understand English or respect their customer especially when the customer (me) spent 5 weeks continuously at approx £2,500 on the accommodation & not return the deposit.

A nice and spacious apartment, a great location and support service. ☺Location, great support service, they answered quickly and in real time. The apartment is spacious and nicely arranged, though it looked a bit “tired” (some scratches on the wall, broken tile). All-together this does not affect the overall good experience, which is why I would definitely recommend this apartment to families and groups of friends. ☹Perhaps it could be cleaner (e.g. the windows were dirty because of the pigeons), there were some damaged things (scratches on the wall, a broken tile in the bathroom) and based on the fact that you pay security deposit, it is good to take photos of these damages to avoid any problems afterwards. For the hosts: it might be advisable to provide a list of the damages items to ensure you keep a track on them.

Overall, it was a house that I was satisfied with. Thank you to the facility for everything. ☺ It's in a nice neighborhood with a great location and it's a nice house for the price. The staff of the facility are very attentive and helpful. It returns your messages instantly. I think it is a better house than its rating. I would definitely choose it when I come again. ☹ The bathroom in the bedroom does not have a separate door. There is also a window above the shower. Even though you can't see inside the window, I think the window should have curtains. Another criticism: There are spider webs in some corners of the house, it would be good to clean them. Door handles also need to be strengthened.
