Don’t listen to the 1 star review, they have no idea what they are talking about and frankly it’s slanderous at this point, I’ve been bringing my girls here almost since open, staff hasn’t changed. There has been one, ONE person who had actually left due to personal reasons and aside from that new staff. You know people who are looking to get into childcare, NEW staff. And for management the old centre manager is still very much apart of the day to day, they are just more focused in the back end but we still see here every day. The new staff always love to see the kids anytime we drop off and pick up the girls and they are very engaging. The mix up with clothes - is easy especially when most parents by the SAME STUFF unintentionally (I’ve been done by that before) The kinderm8 system is an IT error not a centre error and they are looking to rectify it. To the person who put that one star review has serious problems, I’ve come in whilst other parents are complaint and I can assure you THAT parent in particular has no clue what they are even saying. We’ve been to other centres and those have lied about a lot of stuff with my kids and little Zaks takes the best care of my girls that I could’ve asked for, and when the leave I know the whole centre will be upset because of how much the adore ALL the kids So if you d taken time to read this review please disregard the 1 star review because frankly it’s bullshit. We had a wonderful experience with LZ Auburn. The teachers (Ms Dipa, Ms Aleef, Ms Gina….) are caring, patient, and truly invested in the children’s development. Our daughter grew in confidence, social skills, and early learning throughout the year. The environment is clean, safe, and well-organized, with plenty of engaging activities that keep the children interested and excited to learn. Communication with parents is excellent—we always felt informed and supported. Most importantly, our daughter and now our son was happy and looked forward to going every day. We highly recommend this preschool to other families.

My daughter absolutely loves little Zak’s Gladesville and looks forward to going every day. She has made such beautiful friendships and is always talking about her friends with so much excitement. The teachers are warm, caring, and truly dedicated, creating a safe and happy environment where she feels supported. It’s been amazing to see how much she is learning and growing from new skills to confidence and independence. We couldn’t be happier knowing she is so loved, engaged, and thriving every day.

We are very happy with LZ. My daughter is always excited to go to daycare and loves all teachers, so far we had a great experience. The communication is great and they are very helpful and accommodating. I would definitely recommend it.

Staff turnover high which indicates a systemic problem. Very pushy sales team. Educators seem disinterested in their jobs and toddlers/ babies seen crying and not being comforted by any educators. A big flashy centre is not what kids need. They need warm, nurturing, caring and enthusiastic educators. You're unlikely to get this if you don't pay your educators well and if you don't treat them well!!! I would not send my kids here.

My boy is in 0-1 room with Mrs. Chloe. She is such a kind person and always patient to the kids. All the educators are welcoming and friendly to me, and the room is clean and well maintained every morning when I drop my kid off.

My daughter started at Little Zacs Brookvale at the beginning of the year and we have been so pleased and happy. The educators in the room our bub is in are so caring, there has been ongoing clear communication and we just feel so comfortable leaving our daughter there. This is our first daughter and we were so nervous putting her in daycare but we couldn’t be happier with the care provided.

My son has been attending Little Zak’s since the age of two. The nurture and kindness of the educators is unmatched and the curriculum is by far the best aligned to prep for school as well as including creative and art play. We even stopped attending soccer on the weekends as the coaches come to the daycare weekly.

We have had such a wonderful experience with this childcare centre. The educators are incredibly caring, patient, and truly invested in the children’s development and wellbeing. It’s clear that they create a safe, nurturing, and supportive environment where kids can learn, grow, and feel comfortable being themselves. My son has learned so much since attending, not only academically but also socially and emotionally. The staff take the time to communicate with parents and really get to know each child, which makes such a difference. I’m so grateful for the kindness, dedication, and hard work of the entire team. Our 2.5 year old daughter has attended Little Zak’s Academy Brookvale for the last 16 months. Her classroom and class-adjacent educators care for her immensely. They’re always letting me know how her day was and if there were any concerns. They are a great daycare that’s always looking to improve and involve parents in decisions around the centre. The perfect village for those who don’t have family support close by (like us). Cannot recommend them enough.

My daughter attended for two years and absolutely thrived at Little Zak’s! The Centre director genuinely cares about every single child who attends and leads a team of supportive, caring, and wonderful educators. The transition from maternity leave back to the workplace was difficult for me personally however knowing she was well taken care of was such a relief. Cannot recommend enough!

We have had such a wonderful experience at Little Zak’s Gladesville. Elise runs the centre so beautifully and is always approachable, professional, and genuinely caring. Anytime I’ve brought up a question or concern, she has followed up promptly and made me feel heard and supported, which gives me so much confidence as a parent. The 2–3 room has been absolutely amazing for my little one. The educators show so much love, patience, and care every single day. It’s clear they truly adore all the kids and create such a warm, nurturing environment. We had an amazing experience with this childcare centre. My son spent longer than 2 years here and we couldn’t have asked for better care. The educators are incredibly friendly, professional, and genuinely caring. They always made us feel comfortable and kept us well informed about his day, progress, and any little things that mattered. Communication was excellent and everything was always organised and clear, including payments. My son always came home happy, clean, and well looked after. We never had any issues with lost belongings or concerns about his care. The centre is very well run and safe. It truly felt like a second home for him, and we’re so grateful to the whole team for the love and support they gave our family. Highly recommend to any parent looking for quality childcare.
