Lovely venue for kids and parents can relax and have ease of mind their kids are safe
However I was treated very rudely by both the owners in front of my guest about little butterflies that accidentally went missing from the venues's decor that was set on the kiddie's table.
I mean kids are kids and unfortunately I can't keep an eye on each child. If I was made aware before hand about these butterflies and kids shouldn't touch them I would have made sure kids don't take them and removed them from the kids table. I was very rudely approached in front of my guest and said she will get an invoice for them and should pay immediately for them. R90 for 4 butterflies, I even asked each parent to check if their kids didn't take them and wil send them back but was told they won't accept them back.
Our party started wonderful but ended up very disappointed, the venue is recommended but not the owners. Even our few guest that waited with us and helped clean up said the venue is great but because of the attitude we got they would not use or recommend to others

I'm very sorry you feel this way, as we try very hard to give the best service possible.
However, as per our T's&C's , which you were sent when making your booking - any items removed from the venue ( even by your guests) remains your responsibility.
There are cost implications in replacing decor that was in fact lent to you at no additional cost and in good faith.
You were billed the minimal amount in order for these missing items to be replaced.

Rather use Michael rd turnoff than honingklip road it is alot better than honingklip

We have tried without success to have Google maps acknowledge the fact that bringing ppl via Honningklip is incorrect as it is taking them on private property.
However detailed directions asking ppl to please ensure they enter Michael rd off the N14 are shared with the host of the party.
