Took my car in because it said service driver assist system. Dropped it off on a Tuesday, called the following Monday to see if it was done yet. Rude service person stated they had talked to my husband to let them know it was done on Friday. My husband died 2 1/2 years ago so not sure who they think they talk to but it sure wasn’t me and yet he argued he had spoken to someone. There was no one else but me he could speak to! Now I have to pay for a rented vehicle for three extra days because no one contacted me. I would not recommend this dealership And should’ve known better when I heard the same service person speak very rudely on the telephone to a customer inquiring about their vehicle.
Fantastic dealership with huge selection, amazing deals, and superb staff. It was the most pleasant car buying experience in my life, and I am pretty old. Would not bother going anywhere else.

Brought my 2022 Buick Enclave To Linus in Vero Beach for my first free CPO oil change and tire rotation. I had purchased the vehicle January 2025 at Delray Buick dealership (which is about 90 miles south of my home in Sebastian Fl) after seeing it on the internet. It is much more convenient for me to go to Vero Beach....Did not make a bit of difference, in that Linus personnel treated me just the same as any other customers who had purchased cars at their dealership, which was most friendly, courteous, respectful, and helpful as anyone could possibly ask for. I will be returning there in the future.

I inquired about a 2025 Escalade V and was repeatedly told by the salesman “Doc” that it was in flawless, mint, showroom condition with zero damage. I asked for a video walk-around since I lived 3+ hours away, and he insisted there were no flaws. After pulling the CarFax myself, I discovered a minor accident the dealership never disclosed. Only after days of pressure did they admit the front bumper had been repaired.
I moved forward and met the GM halfway for the trade-in. At the handoff, I immediately found undisclosed rear-bumper damage; he agreed to send me a $500 check after funding. Once home in sunlight, I discovered heavy scratches, severe paint swirl, and a 5.5" dent in the hood. Doc stopped responding, and the GM dismissed everything as “cosmetic,” minimized the deception, and kept telling me what a “great deal” I got.
FULL REVIEW:
I contacted Linus Cadillac about a 2025 Escalade V and made it clear I’m extremely particular about vehicle condition. Doc assured me repeatedly that the SUV was “mint,” “showroom perfect,” and had no scratches or flaws. When I requested a video walk-around, he still insisted there was nothing to show.
After pulling the CarFax myself, I found a minor accident—despite being told there was no prior damage. After several days of back-and-forth, they finally admitted the front bumper had been repaired.
I decided to move forward once they provided documentation. Because I lived over 3 hours away, the GM agreed to meet me halfway. At the exchange, I immediately noticed damage to the rear bumper that had never been disclosed. The GM pushed for me to drive all the way to Vero Beach for repairs, but eventually agreed to send me a $500 check after funding.
Once home and in proper lighting, I realized the true condition: the vehicle had scratches all over, extremely swirled paint, and a 5.5-inch dent in the hood. Doc completely stopped responding. The GM downplayed everything, said it was “cosmetic,” and continued telling me I got a great deal—despite the clear misrepresentation.
Their final “solution” was for me to drive 3+ hours each way and still pay for repairs at their cost. At this point, it’s obvious this dealership is not honest. I’ll repair the vehicle myself, but buyers should be aware.
Also side note, I kept being told how good of a deal I got for this Escalade V....The MSRP for this vehicle is only $162,000, not sure where the good deal was... but that's the game you play with specialty vehicles.
I just called to make an appt with Linus Buick for a recall on my Cadillac XT5 and spoke with Mandy to schedule the appt…WOW is all I can say! She’s amazing - super efficient, knowledgeable and kind! She’s a professional when it comes to customer service and I told her how much I appreciated her help and how I didn’t get the same treatment at the Cadillac dealership in Stuart I had called previous to calling Linus Buick.
