I’ve had many property managers in the past but this was by far the worst. Tried to even contact the manager and was told they weren’t available and would call me the next day. Been months and I never heard back. I’ve moved out of the property over a month ago and the property manager has been so lazy in answering calls, messages and returning the bond. Was told everything was fine so why does it take over a month to even lodge the claim to return my bond. Absolutely shocking

Good luck trying to get disability accommodations with these folks. Been complaining for five years and my apartment still isn't wheelchair accessible. Don't expect them to do repairs, either, even if a fallen tree has taken out your entire back fence. And don't expect police reports about violent tenants to be followed up. Basically you're expected to be quiet and rot away in your barely-fit-for-habitation apartment. Oh, but if they want you out, they'll lie and break laws to do so. edit: i finally got out of the hellhole apartment i was living in. i still have chronic health issues from the black mold they refused to address.

Never a human available to answer! I have left numerous messages without one single returned call! Absolutely terrible ONGOING experience. Please don’t reply by telling me to call the hotline because I have done so many times!

These guys do not help you in any way at all they are more worried about what you spend your money on and don't care if you actually need help with either temporary accommodation and make it extremely difficult to explain your situation. They are experts at raising your blood pressure more than anything and want to get a reaction out of you to make you look like the problem as a excuse to not help.... absolutely pathetic

Simply awesome, the hospitality at the hawkesbury Xmas event has all the Xmas cheer and entertainment.. As always link Wentworth housing provider and there development with the host with most Vanessa and the bonza team are amazing working together for the community..
