A really enjoyable stay in a spacious villa.
☺ Good location. Lydia met us on arrival with keys and explained the Wi-Fi system. To be fair it was also very clearly advertised on the wall just inside the door.
As the only flight that day was a late one I feared the shop would be closed and Lydia kindly took my order, sending me pics to give me a choice of items and was happy for me to pay her on our arrival.
Lydia was super helpful generally and encouraged us to call with any concerns/problems/requests.
She arranged booking of tickets to Siam park and was very prompt with her responses.
The balcony door to the master bedroom was broken when we arrived and she arranged for it to mended quickly.We really enjoyed our stay in this lovely villia.
Really nice coffee pods for us to enjoy and availability of some sugar, salt, oil sachets together with kitchen roll was helpful.
The games room was a great addition to the villa.
☹ Fight arrival was out of our hands and as we arrived after 8 we had to pay an additional 50 euros.
We gave a deposit of 300 euros on the night we arrived which had left our account by the following morning. We were out of the property by 6:45 am on her last day which was a thurs and our deposit did not arrive in our account until 6 days after we left .
When I contacted Lydia she said the deposit had been returned on the day we left but my bank did not receive it until the following Tues.

Lidia is such a wonderful host and nothing is ever a problem! Sorted out various excursions for us and organised all our taxis etc! Lidia definitely goes over and above to look after you. 5 star

☺La tranquillità, la piscina , lo staff molto efficiente, sempre presente, gentile, simpatico … non si poteva chiedere di più…. In particolare vogliamo menzionare la meravigliosa Lidia. Un apprezzamento pure a Mariano, un giovane uomo italiano sempre pronto a dare una mano .

☺We liked large outdoor area, we loved how private it is, there’s only a couple of windows overlooking but you don’t feel like you’re being watched. The 24/7 security guards at the entrance to the complex are great, all very friendly. Lydia was there on arrival, very accommodating and showed us around, she is responsive, friendly and kind to children. Added bonus for an area for parking a car which Lydia kindly arranged for us and also helped us with a taxi. Good games room with table tennis, big TV and large sofa. Everything was very clean. Aircon in all the bedrooms is great. The pool is a good size and seems even bigger than the photos. There is a big gas BBQ and the sun beds are great. You get lots of sun despite there being a large wall around half of the property. There is plenty of great shopping areas within a 10 min drive. You can use Ubereats to order food directly to the Villa. Taking everything into account, this was a brilliant stay, but many minor issues could be easily fixed. I would usually privately mention these issues to the host, but since I have seen a few reviews mentioning some of the issues, I think a more public format would help to get these sorted for future guests.
☹We were told that the pool would be warm, but it was very cold for the full duration of our stay. The heater goes off on a timer early in the day, you do get used to it after a while though. Quite a few broken things: Both parasols are dangerous and need to be replaced, multiple outdoor chairs, pool lights, aircon in the living area drips onto the carpet despite this being mentioned in a review months ago. Pool table needs a new set of balls with triangle. cover on double bed did not properly fit, so often we would find ourselves sleeping on the mattress protector. No large bin for temporary rubbish in the house, and you have to walk down a big hill to dispose of it. Pretty much all of the plastic pool drains are cracked and some are sharp. There is a large broken kitchen knife. Games room needs some more adequate lighting. There are 3 different Wi-Fi’s with some ridiculously long passwords, these could all be cloned to one network and the QR codes do not work. The wifi is good however once connected. The property would benefit from a guidebook with more local info. I’d recommend hiring the car. You have to meet Lydia on check-out day when there could instead be a place to leave the keys, or a keyless entry system, as the front door automatically locks, so the risk of being locked out is always evident.

☺The property is very clean, Lidia was excellent host and she is very helpful and answer very quick if you need something. She also arranged a rental car for us.
The pool and garden area is great and the game room also. The outdoor furniture could be more comfortable as you spend a lot of time outside.
This is a quiet place with lot of space to enjoy. I would recommend.

Prachtige ruime villa met uitzicht op Adeje.
☺De villa was erg ruim en comfortabel. Het zwembad zorgde voor verkoeling. Heel prettig was de douche bij het zwembad. Op loopafstand een supermarktje waar je onder andere vers afgebakte broodjes kunt kopen. De portier met slagboom geeft een veilig gevoel.
Lidia, de host, heeft ons zeer vriendelijk ontvangen en zeer goed geholpen.

☺Our holiday didn't get off to a great start with flight cancellations etc. But our host Lidia was absolutely amazing, re-arranging things for us and always being there to help whenever we needed. She made the whole experience delightful and took a lot of the stress away which we are so thankful for. The villa was really nice, clean, lots of space outside and sun all day in the garden. The basement games room was a real bonus too. Overall we were really pleased with our stay.

☺The Villa exceeded my expectations. We were very impressed with Lidia. She made us feel very welcome, showed us around the villa and made sure we were happy with everything, a perfect start to our holiday. Communication was flawless with Lidia and it was reassuring she was only a call away if we needed anything. Thank you Lidia!
The Villa was immaculate. 3 spacious bedrooms. Master bedroom has a beautiful balcony with sea view. We could see the lovely view from our bed! The en-suite bathroom had a lovely jacuzzi bath which my son enjoyed very much.
The kitchen had everything we needed. It was a lovely touch to see a welcome hamper with a few Tenerife delights in there, thank you. In addition to what you’d expect in the average villa, there was a few little extras like sugar, salt, cooking oil, washing up liquid, coffee capsules for the coffee machine, hair dryer, iron, dish washer, washer machine, bath towels, beach towels, all little touches that make the stay all the more comfortable.
The games room is great, our teenager loved it. Pool table, table tennis, large family sofa, we spent lots of fun times in here when we wanted a break from the sunshine.
The pool area was stunning. Not over looked and we had the sunshine all day in our garden during our stay in May. There are 2 bbq’s, gorgeous outdoor seating area, sun beds and parasols. It was so quiet and peaceful, perfect place to relax.
The complex had a security barrier that was manned 24/7 this made us feel very safe and secure. The location is great. It’s only a 20/25 minute walk or short 5 minute drive to all the bars, beaches and restaurants. It’s also very easy to get a taxi, there were always plenty at the taxi rank. The Villa is in a lovely high position meaning it has stunning views. Just a short walk along the road is the perfect spot to enjoy the sunset over the bay.
The free car hire was a lovely addition. Thank you so much.
