Go to the Big stores they have better service. Came in to get a few standard stainless screws that were purchased from this store 2 weeks ago. The kid behind the counter could not find them . Let’s hire competent people that can find a standard screw. Goto Brinkmann in Sayville or Ace hardware in Oakdale
L.I.Hardware is the perfect place to get all sorts of things you need for your home/yard/project. The people working there are all so friendly and helpful, and as someone who does a lot of d.i.y.fixes, I'm happy they're just around the corner!
Inferior customer service. Most of the employees don't know what they are hired for. Except the one on the counter was a very nice and smiling one. They need to train them for different sections and have some knowledge about them.
Older woman with Blonde hair upfront very disrespectful and rude. First thing in the morning. Service is horrible.
Best source ever and right close to the shop/barn/garage/shack in Bohemia. I love this place for a long, long time. It just gets better.

Walked in a couple minutes before they opened. Rudely told me to get out , and then shut the door in my face. Not how to run a community business.
