Its been just about a year.
For just about a year, I've been shopping online with LightIn
TheBox. There has been some hiccups in my experience until things got more understood with the ordering process and the product quality expectations as I ordered merchandise from this company. Overall my experience has been fairly good. However I do think and know that their shipping costs are through the roof HIGH! And the rewards we receive are very low. Kind concerns, fcl
We love these sweaters. These sweaters have great quality to them. We love that these sweaters are available in many different colors. At first we only found the purchase link for three different colors but later we found another link for five more different colors. This helps add a variety to the wardrobe. This sweater is fashionable and comfortable at the same time. We would highly recommend ordering these knit sweaters. We would definitely be interested in ordering again.

Without doubt another shady company, non-existing customer service
I'm sharing my experience with LightInTheBox, or rather, what I would more appropriately call "ShadowInTheBox." I ordered an item that was supposed to arrive in time for my wedding, but unfortunately, it never reached me.
After the expected delivery date passed, I suspected something was wrong and immediately contacted their customer service. They confirmed that the package had been marked as delivered, but when I reviewed the photo they sent me as proof of delivery, it was clear that the item in the picture was not mine. The box appeared much too small to contain the dress I ordered, and I couldn't imagine how it could fit inside.
More concerning, however, was the location where the delivery was made. The photo showed the package outside the apartment complex, by the entrance—not by the mailboxes room, or by my apartment door. This was highly unusual, and after seeing their message, I went to the location to check for myself, but there was no package in sight.
I reached out again to LightInTheBox to report the issue, but my messages were completely ignored. This was supposed to be a joyful and important event in my life, and instead, I've been left frustrated and without any support. It seems that they simply don't care about their customers.
I am deeply disappointed in the lack of service and the mishandling of my order, and I would not recommend this company to anyone.
