Very good designs. Nice looking and comfortable. I bought multiple set of the winter jackets, multiple set of different colored sweatshirts and sports jackets. Very happy with the purchase, especially with the sales prices, I can buy more to share with friends and family members. I am a cat lover so I purchased many of them with cats on it. I got great compliments from people. Lots of people asking where did I bought them.

Two Golf shirts ordered and paid on the 5th of July. As at the 22nd of July, items have not been delivered. Since found same Golf shirts with Temu for a lot less ($42.19 vs $10.60). I have received Two orders from Temu in the same time, the second order was delivered 20th of July. Fair to say future purchases will NOT be Light in the Box.

This is my first time ordering, and I am absolutely thrilled with my purchase(s) everything is wonderful and fits great, which can be an issue for me since I am a slim 6 ft. golfer. I have already recommended you to friends, as they have seen some of my tops and think they are wonderful... Pricing is very reasonable too.

I purchased a custom photo block that turned out to only be 1cm thick and did not stand on its own. The advertised photo looked way thicker yet only stated the width & height, not depth. When I requested a new block or refund they said it was too expensive to return to China so offered me a 20% refund. Was not worth the hassle for a $3.60 refund!

Customer service made sure I got my stuff before leaving on vacation and that was awesome! Some didn't fit, as the templates appear to be cut for a thin person whereas the pictures show muscular/thick individuals. I was able to wear most of it and that was fine. The material was a little on the thin or cheap side but it makes total sense for what they charge. I found it acceptable.

My experience with LightInTheBox was good. I saw an ad on Facebook and I liked the swimsuit that I saw. It was easy to do what I wanted to do on the website. I bought the wrong swimsuit the first time and the exchange process was fairly painless, which I appreciated. I like the product that I bought and it's very true to size. You can make sure you're ordering the right product by just the measurements. Also, the material is good. It's exactly as I expected it.

Quality is disappointing.
The delivery is fine. Received on time. But the pads are not as good as the original Compex pads. I tried them out right away. After I made the skin on which I was going to stick the pads grease-free, I put the pads on the skin. It was immediately clear that the pads are not good. It felt like needles were being pricked. Moments later, they also came loose.

I did like the shirt..but found that the size tag was taken off..for a 3xl it was a large size shirt by there chart sizes...not 3xl..my wife ones a shop..and staff rechecked for me..I check the size by there chart..not going to return the item as they make the whole process annoying...

So pleased with those dresses either for golf which I play 4 times a week so need a lot of golfing dress or skirts and top or I use for every day shopping, they are good quality. A little bit too long. Had to shorten them to 32 inches, I am 5 feet 2 Inches.

Total rip-off - avoid like the plague!
The shirt that I received (for a wedding) was a different uglier colour and the material was cheap and thick (see attached product that I received) - nothing like the photo and description of the advert (see attached pic). Even the company's returns policy is fake. On requesting a return I was offered 30% of the 30 euros that I have wasted on this inferior product. After many weeks I am still fighting for a full 100% refund. I had to buy a shirt from another company for the wedding as I cannot trust this company. LightinTheBox is a total rip off and a nightmare to deal with. Avoid like the plague!

I am a returning and regular customer of Light In the Box. The only online store I use. It is so easy to shop for clothing, apparel, homewares, etc. LiTB excel in customer service and respond promptly to any issues. They encourage customers posting product reviews including photos if you wish, in all languages which really help with decision making sizing, fabric, style choices. Read the reviews and choose carefully. Women take note of other women's experience afterall. LiTBT provide detailed specifications on the style and fabric used, season, sizing and provide lots of incentives to reduce your check out and shipping costs. Overall, I am very happy with the quality which I think is value for money.

If I could give zero stars I would. They sent me the wrong size (5 times too small) but would not refund the purchase. Said wrong size was not a valid reason for the return. That is absurd. Do not buy from them - EVER.

This was a test to see just how fast I received my package and quality. I must say they passed with flying colors, Package arrived in a timely fashion and quality was good. I have since ordered some other items which I am waiting for now. They keep you up to date on the order and when it ships. You also get follow up emails when it will be delivered and the tracking number for follow up.
