Use a CPM 100 at work for the last 7 years. Nice quality prints with easy enough interface. Reliable machine never missed a beat. Extremely helpful people who go above and beyond to assist. Re ordering consumables is a painless experience with a reliable delivery... So long as you give them the right address... OK so that was my fault but they still done everything they could to put my mistake right...
Absolutely first class customer experience. The team on support desk (Alison and all the others) have continually exceeded expectations. Very pleasant, extremely knowledgeable and have answered any tech questions I have had straight away, first time. A solid company and really nice people to do business with.

I was very happy with the training and support provided by Matthew Danes at Lighthouse and would recommend their products and services to any individual or company needing an in-house label printing capability. We often have a requirement to produce small batches of labels and the cost of out-sourcing has become very high, so the long-term savings will be significant.
Exceptionally helpful service. They help novices with their software kindly. We sent a Logo to them so they could convert it to make it editable and printable…came back to me in minutes.

A short time ago we had a change of personnel at our place of work that meant we had an excellent printer to use but without the understanding or materials to do so. We contacted Lighthouse for a bit of guidance and Jessica Cooke was kind enough to come to site and assist us with this.
Jess was able to not only train and familiarise us with the use of the printer, but advise us on the various materials to achieve the best results for our needs. We have been using the printer ever since, and any larger signage or works we deal with Lighthouse (through Jess) directly.
Fast forward to the present and Jess is still providing us with excellent service, responds quickly to any queries we have, offers visits to assist with our training needs and gives us the same solid guidance as always. Generally I find Lighthouse products to be excellent and they have a versatile range of materials and know-how to get you exactly what you need.
I can't fault the bespoke service Lighthouse provide and a special thanks goes to Jess for all the support and effort she has put in, she does a great job and is a real asset to the company.

Great customer service, I needed to reinstall the software on a new pc & had lost the license number. A quick email to customer service & I had a reply within half an hour from Alison with the details. I can't think of another company I've had that speed of response from.
I needed some help with setting up a new label, I got it all planned out but when I did a print preview the QR code doubled in size and therefore went off the designed size. Passed over an email with screen grabs of what was happening, and within 5 minutes I had a call from Ali advising me what I needed to do to define the size, shared a link to explain how QR codes are defined in size based on the number of characters being used. Then she gave me a step-by-step process on how to amend the label I was working on to fix my problem. Excellent service every time I have to deal with Lighthouse! Ali is a credit to the company!
We use Lighthouse Printer in our manufacturing facility in Northumberland. We find the printer works amazingly well for all our industrial applications. We receive first class support all the time from Lighthouse.
