I was introduced to Hector and the team at Life Time One Wall. They are incredible. I'm already feeling better and stronger. He's pushing me just up to my limit and then showing me I can take it one step further. I am hooked.

I enjoy my time here and this is my favorite gym in the city. The amenities are fantastic, the staff is friendly, and the facility is spacious and thoughtfully designed. I truly consider it my second home, playground, and happy place. I appreciate the separation of the men's and women's sauna, steam room, and whirlpool, which adds to the overall experience. After a good workout, I love to unwind with a hydro massage and relax in the whirlpool. A big thank you to Matt, Chase, and Dusty for their consistently warm greetings! However, I’ve rated my experience three stars because there are areas for improvement. ***Recently, I encountered a billing issue and brought it to the attention of one of the concierge staff. He mentioned he would contact the manager, and I followed up the next day, only to be told it was resolved. Almost a week later, I still hadn’t seen any refund or email confirmation regarding the adjustment. After a third inquiry, I connected with Chase, who promptly addressed the issue. This left me wondering about the responsiveness of the initial staff member. ***Additionally, I faced a situation where one of the trainers canceled my appointment without prior notice. This felt unprofessional, but I appreciate Peter for reaching out and resolving the matter quickly. ***I've also noticed that sometimes the staff at the cafe can get a little loud, chatting and laughing as if they were at home. Although it’s great to see camaraderie, it can be distracting while I’m trying to get some work done. ***Lastly, I believe there could be improvements in cleanliness, especially in the women’s restrooms. Overall, I love this place and I'm hopeful for these adjustments, as it would make a great experience even better!

Clean and comfortable location with great classes - I especially have loved Kirk’s KaNi-Stretch class - I stumbled across it on a Saturday afternoon and had no idea it was what I needed! I’ve taken probably hundreds of classes over the years and this might be one of my favorite ever (!!). I’m so inflexible but Kirk gave us individualized attention based on each of our abilities. I left feeling like I could stand up straighter, stronger, and less overall body tension. Would recommend 10/10!!

Use to really like this location. However, I’ve noticed a clear decline in the cleanliness and overall hospitality of the locker rooms...something that used to be a given at this location. It appears that Jalen e who use to oversee this area, no longer do and the drop in standards is noticeable. The level of maintenance and attention to detail simply isn’t where it should be. These are foundational elements that impact the overall experience, and I hope steps are being taken to bring things back up to par. A huge fan of Onika at the bar and appreciate Matt and Dusty's professionalism.

Wonderful massage therapists and beautiful facility at LT. I recommend Will. He is knowledgeable and motivated to design a personal treatment plan to get you back on the road to recovery.

Wil was great. I’ve done two massages with him at Life Time now and received substantial relief. The facilities in general are nice and worth visiting as well.

This is my favorite Lifetime. It's well designed, tons of classes, equipment, terrific instructors, convenient for trains, etc. What sets it apart, however, is how well managed it is. I've observed an unusual pattern; employees who work there are happy/content. I know not just because I see it; I've also asked them. That vibe trickles down into everything else - including member experience. I think this is likely attributable to the person who runs this location (Michael C). He is well-liked and respected by staff and members. He's a natural leader; the elusive kind that truly cares and somehow keeps everyone happy while managing to also be the calm ship's captain in sometimes stormy waters. Achieving that in NYC - the pinnacle of difficult personalities / high stakes - is no easy task...

I go to Lifetime one wall all the time - Friendly staff and great facilities/classes. Ron, Mary and Alejandro are fantastic class instructors alongside Will who is brilliant for massages in lifespa. Everyone is highly knowledgeable about exercises and effective recovery.

I visited this location for the Spa services and left better than I arrived. I was greeted with a lot of good cheer and professionalism. I got the CBD treatment and was relaxed during and after my session. Javier was very polite , knowledgeable and honestly did a damn good job . I will be making future appointments with him . Really good service and job guys

I just had an incredible session with William at the lifetime spa, and I can’t recommend him enough! He really listened to my body, focusing on areas of concern and working tension and stress out in ways I hadn’t experienced before. I felt he was fully tuned into what I needed, creating a personalized experience that went beyond just a massage. After the session, he took the time to suggest at-home exercises to help me continue working on those areas. It was a genuinely holistic and thoughtful approach, and I feel so much better! Highly recommend William if you’re looking for a massage therapist who truly cares and goes the extra mile.

One of the best Lifetimes I have been to! Staff there are really friendly and helpful. Shoutout to Jalen, guaranteed to brighten your day alongside countless other staff at this location!
