Dr. Wood and his staff have been the best thing to happen to me in several years. My medical journey has been one that was very hard for me to deal with. For several years my doctors could not tell what was happening to me until after several failed medications and what I feel thousands of dollars spent, I was finally diagnosed with systematic lupus and RA and was told that my quality of life would sadly always be me in pain since it took so long to get me on the right medication. With that I felt I had no way to ever life my life to the potential that I knew I could, until I met Dr. Wood. Before I came to them I was in so much pain and so stiff that I wasn't even able to put my socks on or even walk from my driveway to my front door without being in tears. Now just after a couple of short weeks I see a light at the end of the tunnel and am so thankful I have started my treatment with this clinic. They have given me my purpose and dreams back.

I came into Life Health, medical and Dr. Woods team several months ago for some pretty bad sciatica. They were able to discover that I have some herniated disc and through multiple and various treatment options have helped me get to the point where I can once again function, almost 100%. There was a long period of time where I literally couldn’t drive. I couldn’t sit I couldn’t stand I could lay down for short periods of time, I was in excruciating pain and now I’m very close to being fully recovered. The thing that I really admire is that when my symptoms were not getting better, they didn’t just give up on me or continue doing the same thing over and over. They helped me find a different options and found the right path to get high tell all my friends and family to go here. It’s the best choice you can make for yourself.

In May my husband and son were in a pretty bad car accident and we brought them to Dr. Wood and their team to help treat their injuries. My son is 10 years old -I have been extremely impressed with how well they dealt with a child the quality of care they’ve given, and the recovery that my son has shown! I would highly recommend Dr. Wood and his team at Life Health medical, it’s an easy-going comfortable environment. A little bit about my history I’m 55 years old. I broke my back in Construction when I was 23. I have continued to work construction my whole life.. I’ve had many doctor say that I was going to be in a wheelchair in the age of 55. I’ve been too many Chiropractor’s and sports medicine doctors over the years and never greatly improved.
I met Dr. Wood and his team by accident. My regular doctor had convinced me to go to a pain institute to deaden the nerves in my lower back. one day I was golfing with some friends I told him about the procedure I was going to do done to my lower back.
My friend told me I should try Dr. wood first. I was very skeptical about another chiropractor.
After meeting with the team, I decided to give it one more shot. Dr. wood did every procedure I had ever had done by every other chiropractor and then some.
5 months has gone by Today I have less pain. Today I can play 18 holes of golf several times a week without being in severe pain.
I’m gonna be honest not everything has to do with the doctor I have to do daily stretching exercises change my eating habits. But for the first time in several years, I’ve seen a change and I want to continue so that I can maybe healthy and not end up in Wheelchair. Can you

Dr.Wood and his staff have been incredibly supportive in helping me get use of my back. Before coming here I had been to two different chiropractors. It seemed like no matter what type of treatment I received, my back problems always resumed. I can finally walk straight, bend, walk, and feel like a human again. I have already referred personal friends and family members to this establishment. My quality of life has changed 100%.

Life health medical center has made a big impact on my low back issues. Wish I would've found this place sooner but their hollistic treatment has resulted in significant improvement with my condition. I had three disc bulges L5-S1, L4-L5, L3-L4 and that impingement of the S1 nerve root so my mobiloty and function was severely affected for 2 years now. Within the last 2 months I've been able to travel again, hike, started to pick back up with my dancing a little bit. The team here is specialized and extremely experienced tackling these type of conditions.

I am very impressed with the staff and Dr. wood at Lifehealth. I have suffered from lower back pain the past 5 years to the point where I basically crawled in to his practice. They took me in on a day that they don’t usually see patients cause I was in so much pain. I’m 5 weeks in to PRP and Ozone injections and I have seen tremendous changes. I used to have to relieve weight off my leg to cough or sneeze and that is no longer the case. I was very skeptical about spending the time and money but I’m so grateful that I decided to make the change. And again the staff is AMAZING!

I had a lot of back pain when I came to this clinic. After one week I can walk with less pain. The staff is professional and kind. It is worth the time and money to come to this clinic, you won’t regret!

This place is such a scam on so many levels. From their issue with giving me a treatment plan I could actually read to not releasing my X-rays I paid for.
I was having issues with my shoulder so I took some X-rays. I met with Matt Woods after and he made it sound like my whole spine was completely messed up started scribbling a ton of treatments on a piece of paper just rattling off numbers and saying he was doing the math of the percentages my insurance would cover in his head(which were ironically all whole numbers) then had to pull out a calculator to add up all these whole numbers. I’m sure those percentages were correct? The total came out to nearly 7k. He wanted me to pay that upfront. I asked him and his staff for some paperwork that would explain exactly what he was planning on doing for my treatment that I could actually read since it was presented to me in his chicken scratch handwriting. After weeks of asking for this, they could not provide me with an actual document that detailed what they wanted me to pay 7k up front for and just wanted me to pay it and called me for weeks asking when I wanted to start. I wanted to get a second option so I requested the X-rays that I had already paid for. I asked them to send them to another doctor and they said they couldn’t so then they said I could bring in a CD or USB drive down and they would charge me 10 bucks to get them. I then came down but nobody on their team including Matt Woods could figure out how to transfer them. He then got really intense when I asked for them again and said, why do you need these, who are you going to give them to? I had to go to the extent of telling him this is a HIPAA violation and then he magically figured out how to transfer them.
Seems like they pray on the elderly and old veterans who have everything fully covered so they don't ask questions.
I took my X-rays to a chiropractor and he said my shoulder was out of place. He set up a treatment plan I could read and I saw him for about 6 months total of about 400 bucks and seemed to fix everything.
I attached a image of the only document they would give me for my treatment plan. What a mess of an experience. Matt Woods is the worst.
I came to these guys on the verge of needing surgery!. Two and and half months later I’m back walking, going to the gym, playing with my kiddos ,
As an x rugby player 16 yrs these guys know what they’re doing!!

I came in complaining of low back pain in the area of my si joint. had x-rays taken and had a followup the next day.
I was told that I had disc degeneration and arthritis in multiple joints including my SI joint, and the facet joints on multiple vertebra, and was recommended an EXTENSIVE program including 3 visits a week for chiropractic adjustments, injections, lasers, stem cells, and the kitchen sink, totalling thousands of dollars.
This sent up tons of red flags so i decided to get a second opinion. I saw a spine specialist, had an MRI, and got a completely different diagnosis.
My SI joints are not arthritic, but i do have disc degeneration, and some MODERATE arthritis on my lumbar facets, but not only that, i have a sixth lumbar vertebra instead of an S1, with a broad transverse process which articulates with my pelvis.
I have no doubt that if i would have continued treatment as recommended that i would have spent a ton of money on a treatment that wouldn't have helped me at all.

I injured my neck recently and could hardly turn my head due to pain. I went in for trigger point injections and adjustment. The following day I was amazed at how much better I felt! My range of motion had improved immensely and I had very little pain. I went back to get a massage two days later and have been getting weekly adjustments both of which have helped so much!

Such great staff and service! Both Dr. Wood and Crocket take time to listen to any pain or discomfort I've been having before an adjustment.
