Absolutely a great experience with this company. I have been planning my attic cleanup job for several months now and received quotes from 4 other providers. By far My Insulation Guy was the most competitive quote for a attic cleanup and new instillation and radiant barrier. Matt and his team were great and took the extra effort to make sure the dust was contained and they kept me informed along the process with photos of the work being done. I made the right call going with this company and I would recommend them to friends and family.

I would definitely recommend My Insulation Guy!  Got a few quotes and not only was it the best deal, Jesse didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need like some of the others.  Came out and knocked out the job and made sure everything was cleaned up before they left.  Satisfied customer here!  Thanks Jesse and Todd!

My husband called My Insulation Guy inquiring about insulation removal. He was able to get a quote directly on the phone and booked him immediately. They were able to come out in just a few days. The 2 man crew showed up on time, were friendly, and did a great job removing our dust-filled, crumbling, old insulation. We couldn't be more pleased with the work they did and would recommend this company to anyone!

Had my roof completely replaced and a ton of debris and dirt came down into my attic space. Thankfully it was time to get new insulation put in. So naturally I looked up the best insulation company out there, and I couldn't be more satisfied that my Attic is nice and clean now.

Jessie is probably the nicest guy you will ever work with. He is so upfront with everything including prices, work details, everything . He knows insulation. His product is superior to the old style fiberglass style in many respects. I don't think you will beat his prices either. Honest work great price. It's also what I would call a green company for the reason that blown in insulation is a recyclable material..

Jesse and his team did an awesome job of cleaning and rodent proofing my attic and replacing the duct work. From the moment I called Jesse, he listened to my needs and when I ask about cleaning ducts, he didn't offer that service but he said for a few hundred dollars more he could replace the entire duct system. He came out and did an inspection of our attic, provided us with a quote and a week later his crew came out on time, removed all of our old insulation, vacuumed, sealed the attic, took pictures of their work and cleaned up nicely. Great experience! Owner Jesse and crew Matt, Todd and Corey were on time, reasonably priced, and truly cared about their work. Our home was built in 1954 and still had the original insulation in the attic. After cleaning it out completely, the crew found electrical wiring that "didn't look right". They immediately stopped and advised us to bring in an electrician. Thank goodness we did. The electrician found serious wiring problems that could have caused a fire. If insulation had been blown over it, we would never have known. Once the electrical repairs were done, the insulation crew came back and finished the job. Our house was left clean (some fine dust but that's to be expected) and its now far more comfortable, even through this very cold winter. I highly recommend Jesse and his crew for their professionalism, work ethic and integrity.

These guys were completely amazing from start to finish.  They kept me informed.  I was unable to be at the house at the time of service so he texted me photos of the work they did and how bad the insulation was.  I originally called Terminix but My Insulation guy was half the price and much better insulation.  He also gave me recommendation on additional foam insulation I may need.  My house is in Lake Arrowhead, he said they don't typically go up the mountain but he did.  Great job all around.

Had them come into my house, clean up the crawlspace  and blow in new insulation.  The crawlspace in my house sucks and was a significant challenge for the team to get into all the nooks and crannies.  I am grateful for the great value, and the integrity of the team that was sent to my house to do the work.  The team sent to my place did such a good job I don't think I'll have any issues with insulation in the future, but if I do, I wouldn't hesitate to call this company again.

We are completely satisfied with our new duct work and insulation. He was the only person who gave us an upfront (and reasonable) quote over the phone based on square footage. Every other company came to our house, gave us a quote, and tried to upsell us on their services. Jessie was great about communicating before, during, and after the job was complete. He came to our house to measure and was professional and friendly. We were impressed because he was the only person who took the time to show us the issues with our existing insultaion/ductwork.  His crew showed up on time and were very hard workers who did a thorough job. We were so happy that we went with Jessie and would highly recommended him.

Since moving in to our new house, I've had redoing insulation and all new ductwork done. After 2 years of being here we finally decided to get it done. I called around for quotes, and thanks to Yelp I found "My Insulation Guy", and saw they had many great reviews, so I called them. Best thing is that Jesse answered the phone right away, none of the other companies I called answered, I had to leave a message. In speaking with Jesse he explained the whole process over the phone, patiently answered all my questions. When I finally did get other companies to call back, they just wanted to book an appointment to have a someone come out. The other companies were very vague and seem to want to just get me off the phone and send what I assume would be a salesperson. Even when I asked for a "ballpark" figure because I didn't know if the cost was $4000 or $20,000, every one of them said "well, you can't really say until we come out and look", Jesse on the other hand asked our square footage and told me how much it would cost for the removal of old insulation, old ductwork, rat proof and sanitize, NOBODY was even willing to give me a ballpark, yet Jesse gave me a quote over the phone (granted we talked that the price could change a bit if size of house was different or some other small issue, but not much) I finally got quotes from a few other companies and they were all over the place. To me it was a no brainer, Jesse was the most up front and honest non salesperson of all, and his price beat them all by quite a bit. Jesse came by the few days before the job to give a final quote, and my house was a bit bigger after final measurement than what I had told him. He worked it out to so it would be just a very little bit over original quote. I thought that was excellent service, and we actually agreed upon a tad more cause I appreciated his honesty and desire to match his original quote. Day 1 of the job Matt (lead man) and his team came right on time. Matt explained everything they would be doing. They didn't mess around and just got to it. I wasn't sure what to expect, but they covered the floors and took whatever gear up to the attic and just started cleaning it out. The first day they removed all the insulation and ductwork, vacuumed and sanitized everything. A little note, if you're going to remove your insulation and ductwork and it's wintertime, get yourself a small room heater cause yikes does it get crazy cold in the house! Or do what I did, just suck it up and think soon it will be so much better than before. Matt (lead man) constantly brought me up to see things and talk about what was happening. Day 2 the team arrived on time again, and just got to it. They explained all they were going to do, they checked all around the house to be sure all entryways for rats where sealed up. They started installing all the new ducts, and in just a couple hours they were done. They had me kick on the heater (yay!) to make sure everything was blowing right. It was not only blowing right, it was blowing like crazy good! When I kicked on the heater it was 61 degrees and the door was wide open (hoses running in-out) and I walked around opening the vents and checking flow, when I got finished literally 3-4 minutes I walked back to living room and it was already 64 degrees with door still open! Within 15 minutes of kicking on my house was now a warm 68 degrees, it never warmed up that quick! Now they got on to blowing in the new insulation. I believe that was completed in just around 2 to 2 1/2 hours. The guys cleaned up everything walked around had me check all the lights and vents again, showed me up in the attic what they did, and wow was it a trip! I have to say, the whole experience from first phone conversation to the work to the finished product, "My Insulation Guy" knocked it out of the park. Jesse, Matt and the entire crew were simply professional, courteous, hard working, and trustworthy! I can assure you they will be extremely competitive in their pricing, and the work they do is 100% top notch. It's now been a few days since they've completed and it's been cold, but we will kick on heater in the morning get it nice and toasty and just like Jesse promised, the house holds the temperature seriously all day long. Due to hard wood floors our house has always been a tad colder than when we had carpet, but since this insulation install, it's amazing how much warmer it stays! The only thing I wish I'd have done differently is had Jesse out a lot sooner. What an amazing difference. If you're thinking of having your insulation done, definitely give "My Insulation Guy" a call, and I assure you that they will beat all your expectations. Don't wait like I did, the difference is so amazing!

I am glad I found My Insulation Guy.  After getting several estimates and doing my homework about attic insulation, I finally spoke to Jesse over the phone.  He was very honest with me about what type of insulation was adequate and what other insulation he thought would give me the best bang for my bucks.  In the end, Jesse gave me the best quote beating all others by a huge margin.  He didn't try to upsell me for things I didn't need. On the day of installation, they arrived on time.  His workers were very careful not to make any mess and did an excellent job.  They measured the attic and apparently it was bigger because there was an area that all other companies missed.  Even so, Jesse decided to honor his original quote to me.  Can't recommend him enough if you need a honest and affordable guy to do your insulation.

We have a small attic and a bit of a niche request:  ceiling insulation, maximizing space for storage, installing a ladder, etc.  Jesse was honest about the entire job not being his company's specialty, but spent time with me on the phone giving me ideas and explaining some options.  Great guy.

These guys were great! I initially thought I just needed insulation but they also let me know I needed new ducts and air seal as well  so I feel so much more confident in the completed project! I don't review many companies on yelp however I have to take the time out for this review.  My family recently bought a house and found we had large activity of rodent dropping in the attic.  With two little kids, I did not want to take any chances of breathing in that stuff so I wanted to redo all the insulation, as well as disinfect, rodent proof.   We had  inquire and received quotes from multiple insulation company to redo our attic.  The quotes were all over the place so I searched Yelp once more and found My Insulation Guy with 5 star rating.  I was little suspicious with all the 5 star ratings/review but gave a call to Jesse with nothing to lose.  He called me back promptly to me and  was very easy to talk to and he explained how he would do the project along with his prices.  His price defineately beat any competition out there.  He answers all the call that come in, not some secretary or sales person.  I told him the square feet of my attic that other insulation companies had measured and given me quotes on.  After talking to him about my attic, which had very limited access to some parts of it, issue with rodents, he explained that he also does ductwork which was perfect for me since the ducts were chewed up by rodents and I did not want another company to go back up in the attic to change out the ducts after new insulation in installed.  Just talking to him over the phone, I can see how his customers leave him 5 stars.  I scheduled the time and date with him for measurement of the ducts day before actual project so he can get the correct size/amount of the ducts.  On the day of the project, his team arrived on time, covered my clothes with plastic and laid out floor mats to protect the floors, and mats under their ladders so it does not scratch up my floors. I was impressed with the care they completed the project.  they cleaned up, swept and vacuum before end of day.  It took two days to complete the ductwork and new insulation.  Both days My insulation guys were on time and communicated start time a day prior.  While doing the removal, Jesse mention that this attic is not what was estimated by the other companies but over 300 sqft bigger which required more materials (insulation and ducts).  After the removal, the attic was vacuumed of all the droppings and disinfected was sprayed and finally the new insulation was blown in.  Each process of the project was done professionally and with care.  When it was time for payment he stood by his original quote.  It is so hard to find a great company with good people who are honest and hard working.  All his guys were polite.  I am super happy that we chose to go My insulation Guy team led by Jesse.  I 100% recommend If anyone needs new insulation or ducts, do not hesitate to give Jesse a call.
