Total scam. Never heard anything from the actual job I applied for. Lensa is burying me in unwanted job posting emails and have appeared to sell my data because now my phone is blowing up with text messages from other fake scam accounts. Hey, how about you actually help me with the job I applied for, rather than sending me 25 unwanted emails a day (at minimum).

I still have not gotten a proper answer to my issue with lensa I have told them exactly the areas that I wish to work and I'm still getting job offers that are far away from where I work I don't need job offers in Jersey or upper Pennsylvania or western Pennsylvania I need job offers in Montgomery County Bucks County and Chestnut Hill Mount area of Mount Airy area of Philadelphia maybe they're okay as far as finding jobs is concerned but they're not reading the preferences that I spoke to them about so I'm going to wait and see what else comes in and when it gets better then I'll leave a better review until then they need to learn to read interpret understand cooperate and give proper customer service

Lensa presents itself as a career guidance service, but it's important to note that they are a job aggregator, not a recruiting or staffing agency. They claim to promote job postings on behalf of clients—including employers, recruiters, and marketing partners—but my experience raises red flags.
For nearly every legitimate job I found on LinkedIn, there was a duplicate Lensa posting. Out of curiosity, I contacted a few of the employers listed and was told they had no affiliation with Lensa. Several also mentioned they'd received similar complaints.
This appears to be another company more interested in gathering your personal data or upselling services rather than genuinely helping you find a job. Exercise caution, especially before providing personal information or clicking through their application links.

Complete garbage site. If I could leave a no star review, I would. This site is an absolute scam, you see in their response to applicants here, they don't even use correct grammar. They used the word were in place of we're, big red flag. Please Lensa no response needed as I see all your responses are the same to each problem smh times are hard enough
