Could not recommend Carlton & Barney more highly! They filmed our wedding in August 2022 and provided everything we could have asked for and more. They were thorough but not intrusive, creative but not pushy but also very open to our ideas and brought our dreams to fruition. Carlton's idea of a video guest book we ABSOLUTELY love and will cherish for years and years to come. The finished products were everything we hoped for and really allow us to relive the day again and again! Thank you so much!!

As Seahorses Swim School we've been with Carl since 2012. Initially he set up our website, carried out updates and updated the information as and when we needed him to do so. He was always quick to respond, nailed down the information that we needed put up, and got it up there promptly. And cost was exactly what I expected, a sensible price for a professionally carried out job. A couple of years ago we also moved across onto a bespoke system, built by Carl, on which we organise our term structure, with registers of swimmers, teacher details, client communications and invoicing. We had previously been with another provider of such a system, but we'd been one of many businesses using the same system. And, as we run our billing slightly differently to their other users they tended to be slow to address any issues. In fact, the single biggest issue around billing was obviously one they weren't willing to address. The response I finally got was along the lines of "that's how everyone else does it", and there was no effort find a solution that would work for us. This doesn't happen with Carl, his system is more flexible in dealing with issues around invoicing and handling payments. Similarly, as we have continued to use the system we have found areas where we felt that the system needed upgrading or modifying to suit our needs. And it's happened! A quick chat with Carl, and he's good at getting back to voicemails and texts, we nail the issue, explain what we need, and Carl sorts it. Most such upgrades and modifications have been carried out within one working day, allowing us to continue to run our business, and the cost is entirely reasonable. As ever, a sensible price for a professional job. What more could you ask?

I needed to find a videographer based in the Paignton area to film a video testimonial from a client of mine to be used on our website and in our social media campaigns. I completed a google search and found that hardly any videographers were interested in doing anything that wasn't a highly priced wedding video! As soon as I spoke to Carlton at Lena Solutions I was instantly put at ease, I could tell he understood exactly what I was looking for and quickly send me through some examples of similar projects he had completed. From these examples I could see the quality of his work and felt confident that Carlton would do a great job for us. This was the first time that I had looked into hiring a videographer and really did not have a clue how the pricing would work and did worry that to get a really professional finish we would need to spend a huge amount of money, which is not feasible for my small business. I was over the moon when Carlton gave me his quote as what he was asking for seemed really reasonable to me and we agreed to do business together. Carlton was very flexible when it came to arranging a day and time to visit our client at her home and our client said she felt relaxed and at ease with the friendly, professional atmosphere during the filming (Which only took around an hour!). We were sent through a few different takes to decide which we liked the best and these were quickly edited for us with text overlay, logo, and contact details added to our specification. the finished product was exactly what we were looking for. To anyone considering having a video testimonial filmed for their website I really do urge you to contact Carlton at Lena Solutions, he makes the project easy! The pricing is very reasonable and in my case has already paid for itself many times over with the business it has helped us to secure. I look forward to working with Carlton in the future, and in fact have just left him a voicemail to discuss filming another review for us in the near future.
