Almost got the front my car taken off by their vehicle 402ZLI coming along the gateway motor way on Sunday 28/6/26. No indicator, no warning flying across all lanes at well over 110kms vaping out the window.

We recently had painting works completed at our apartment complex and couldn't be happier with the experience. Sam was an absolute pleasure from day one - responsive, approachable, and exactly the kind of person you want managing your project. What really stood out was how well he kept us informed throughout the entire project, with regular updates and photos along the way. It made the whole process feel stress-free, especially when coordinating access across multiple apartments. The building looks fantastic and we are so pleased with the outcome. We recently had a two storey apartment building repainted by Leisuretex. They were excellent from quote stage through to completion. The job was completed in the time promised and the communication with owners and tenants about the process was great (eg when to move items off balconies or being available Saturdays so front doors could be left open to dry). I would highly recommend Leisuretex.

Leisuretex have recently completed the painting of our 2 tower 7 storey complex on the Brisbane river at 1 Holman Street Kangaroo Point . Whilst there does remain some very minor items to be rectified , overall we found the team to be competitive, professional, on time, within budget and used high quality paint and materials. We have been offered their “after service” package to ensure we comply with the Dulux warranty etc. This was a 6 month project mainly using abseiling equipment and apart from some usual weather delays , the result is extremely good. The management team was responsive and the employed painters and on-site supervisors were very professional.

I’m the Body Corp chairman at DoubleOne 3 Apartments. There are 8 storeys and 113 apartments in the building. Leisuretex completed an interior and exterior repaint of our building in 2023. The whole process of obtaining quotes and the performing of the work went very smoothly. The sales manager Sean Rossely was great communicating with the committee, residents and the building manager as the painting proceeded . I think the job looks great and I wouldn’t hesitate to use Leisuretex again.

Leisuretex were engaged to undertake the repainting of Axis Apartments, which is a 32 storey building in Main Beach in April 2023. The committee and owners have been extremely happy with all aspects of the project. From the initial consultation with Sean Rossley, the Business Development Manager to the final handover of keys from Beau Weatherall, Site Supervisor, the whole experience was first class. The quality of the work, the communication with management and owners, the way the site was maintained throughout the project was exceptional for a large project. The Committee and Management of Axis would have no hesitation in recommending Leisuretex for any project they tender for.

Leisuretex Property and Maintenance recently completed painting our apartment block at Azzurra Eco. The transformation has been wonderful and everyone is pleased with the result. The rates were competitive and we were able to plan a building cleaning and maintenance program for the next five years. This gives us peace of mind and allows us to cover the painting costs over time.The Committee were impressed with how easy it was to deal with the company representatives at all levels. Scott started us on the journey and was patient and helpful throughout the quotation process. During the painting process Jamison and Tony were easy to deal with, professional and achieved a great outcome. As the Body Corporate Chairman of Rainbow Bay Resort where we recently engaged Jaison, Sean and the Leisuretex team to undertaken a fairly major rooftop membrane replacement project, I have been extremely impressed by every aspect of their work. Right from project planning, implementation and completion Leisuretex have been prompt, responsive, accommodating, and extremely professional. At times during the project the Leisuretex team had to deal with a range of challenging issues with a difficult owner. Lead by Jaison and skillfully implemented by Sean at the worksite, their 'challenge management strategy' not only effectively addressed these issues, but also simultaneously maintained the quality and integrity of the work. The project was completed ahead of schedule and within budget. We have been very fortunate to have Leisuretex as contractors on this significant and demanding project.

Our small unit block required an outside washdown. We accepted the quote provided by Leisuretex , however, the job performed was not as per the quote. The finished job was less than satisfactory with equipment used' not fit for purpose'. We had to request the company to return 3 times to finish the job. Many areas of our building were not cleaned due to the height restrictions, excuses made that they could not be reached. The quote was provided after the on-site visit by Paul . If there were areas not able to be reached the quote should have stated this. A very poor job indeed. Do not use this company for a building wash down.

Following a few early minor touch-ups by BJ the onsite foreman, I attended a final walk round sign off inspection of the building paintworks with Ben and Scott from Leisuretex yesterday morning, 08Sept. In my humble and unqualified opinion the team have done a very commendable and professional job for us. I have kept in constant touch with the airborne painting team, under the leadership of BJ, and all here have been impressed with their performance on our job which at times has presented a challenging and sometimes exciting and entertaining feat with hazardous winds and frustrating days of inclement weather. Another point worth mentioning is that the painting team on a few occasions have gone over and above in their duties, offering to carry out random extras that have popped up and providing us with guidance and advice throughout They collectively declared that ours was the best building they have worked on and the setting along with the friendliness of people in our home have made it a pleasurable experience for them as a team. I think that a letter of commendation should be offered by the committee to Leisuretex for a job well done. The Emerald looks magnificent and, on behalf of the Body Corporate, I am more than happy to sign off on our building repaint. Best regards Paul Hebron

Being a small scheme without huge funds at our fingertips we had to complete our repaint over 2 projects a couple of years apart - street frontage first , back & sides next. Leisuretex were fantastic in assisting us with this. We chose to totally reimagine our building colours; taking years off the "look" of the building. Leisuretex arranged professional assistance with our new colour scheme & we couldn't be happier.
