I was planning a memorial get together to honor my brother from out of state. Mark Tork was so very helpful in putting it together just as I wanted. When you're planning from a distance you're never quite sure of what you'll get, but Mark came through with exactly what he promised. He was communicative and responsive throughout our interactions, he made great suggestions and accommodated all of my requests.
I wholeheartedly recommend this business!
We went for a nice dinner with my wife and mother. We were seated quickly but moved outside due to the noise inside. After that, it felt like we barely had a waitress.
When the food finally arrived, my wife took one bite of her steak sandwich and found a 3-inch piece of heavy plastic inside. Very nasty, and honestly dangerous—she could have choked. She immediately lost her appetite. The servers were made aware, but no manager or owner ever came out to apologize or address the situation, which was disappointing.
When the bill came, they removed the one dish with the plastic, but that was it. Given the lack of care from management and the fact that the food wasn’t great even without the plastic, we won’t be returning.
