Thank you Vince for dropping in with your dog, we are dog friendly in the bar area and we welcome well behaved dogs. I have investigated your review's contents and can confirm, by way of explanation, that two tables, who had booked, arrived just before you and their meals were being prepared when the server properly informed you that there would be a delay of up to 20 minutes before food. I am sure you understand that we are a restaurant and all of our food is freshly prepared and cooked to order meaning that this can sometimes create small delays. Please give us another try at your convenience, it might be advisable to book if possible.

Thank you for your review Stephen, I have to agree that when we are busy that area can feel small but we have recently refurbished the garden, have a lovely new marquee, the folly which is the pergola area and the garden room which you can also use, when you return please give this area a look in
