I had a great experience coming in for my cleaning. Brenda always takes such good care of me and makes me feel comfortable every visit. She’s gentle, kind, and truly makes the experience stress free. I always make sure she is the one who takes cares of me! Dr. Good is also wonderful he’s friendly, and really makes his patients feel like family. I always leave feeling well taken care of and confident in the care I receive. Highly recommend!
Cathryn is a great dental hygienist!! She takes time to inform in detail for preventative dentistry! A clean professional office with courteous office staff and several dentists!

Wow-- Thank you so much for this sincere review, Jay! It’s always our pleasure to work with gracious patients.
I loathe dental work, especially emergency work. But the team at Leander Dental really me feel safe and secure during the entire procedure. Kudos to Dr. Webb, her assistant Calista and Darien in billing. I highly recommend this clinic.

Thank you for sharing your experience! We’re so glad to hear that our team made you feel safe and comfortable during your visit. Your peace of mind is our priority, and we appreciate your feedback!
Several years ago, I sought care from this practice and encountered conduct so concerning that I documented my experience in a public review. That review was factual, restrained, and directly tied to my experience as a patient.
Shortly after posting the review, the practice contacted me and informed me that I had been discharged as a patient, and that my then-wife had been discharged as well. When I raised this issue with the office manager and sought clarification, I was explicitly told that the practice would consider reinstating me as a patient if I removed the negative review and replaced it with a positive one.
To assess whether the practice was acting in good faith and could be trusted, I complied with their request. I removed the negative review and posted a positive one, despite my prior experience. I did so solely to validate whether the practice would honor its own representations.
After more than a year had passed, I contacted the office to schedule an appointment. At that point, I was informed that I remained discharged from their care. This outcome confirmed that the request for a positive review was not a genuine attempt at resolution, but rather a conditional demand that was never intended to be honored. The practice failed to act in good faith, despite full compliance on my part.
At a summary level, this practice exhibits a consistent pattern of placing financial and reputational interests above patient care. Patients are routinely advised that they require diagnoses or procedures—such as Addison’s disease determinations or “deep cleanings”—that may not be clinically appropriate. In my case, the practice also asserted that my insurance would not cover a cleaning procedure, an assertion that was incorrect and later traced to the practice’s own procedural coding error, which was only corrected after direct intervention by my insurance provider.
Patients should exercise extreme caution when a healthcare provider responds to legitimate questions or concerns by terminating the patient relationship. Discharging patients under these circumstances—particularly when coupled with coercive conditions tied to silence or favorable public commentary—raises serious legal, ethical, and regulatory concerns.
Anyone considering this practice should carefully review all available feedback, particularly recent reviews describing similar experiences, before proceeding with care.

Horrible experience I had a appointment so I drove a hr away to get there.I called because I was in bad traffic to let them know I was going to b late. They called me back I was 10 minutes away from there office th lady Said I would have to RESCHEDULE MY APPT. Knowing my situation was a Emergency! I totally was in shock after waiting through th weekend with teeth hurting & driving a hr to get there. DIDN'T want any more frustration so I turned around right before I got there & drove back home. No good! Don't Go There r Lots of good Dentists out there they might b there but th way they treated me was NO GOOD!!

I went to Leander Dental Care for a routine six-month cleaning as a new patient, and the experience was deeply disappointing.
Excessive Time/Miscommunication: The appointment was quoted as an hour but lasted an hour and 45 minutes. A full hour was spent on X-rays and measurements, leading to a rushed cleaning that required me to remind the hygienist to floss an essential area (my permanent retainer).
Billing Issues: I was charged for lengthy, new X-rays because the office claimed old records wouldn't be "clear" but never attempted to retrieve them.
Administrative Frustration: The hygienist, Kathy, suggested I should "anticipate and prepare" for the longer time, despite the incorrect quote from the front desk. The front desk, Christina, offered no resolution when I expressed my frustration.
Dr. Chris was genuinely charming, calm, and attentive to my concerns, but the overall administrative and clinical experience felt like a double standard.
I will not be returning to or recommending Leander Dental Care.

Absolutely love this dental office! Everyone here is truly so kind — literally everyone. From the front desk to the assistants to Dr. Good himself, the entire team makes you feel welcomed and at ease the moment you walk in.
The office is spotless, modern, and comfortable. Dr. Good is incredibly friendly, easy to talk to, and takes the time to explain everything in a way that makes you feel confident and cared for. His assistants are just as wonderful — patient, gentle, and always smiling.
If you want a dentist who actually listens, treats you with respect, and creates a calm, positive experience every single visit, this is the place. Highly recommend

I thought I was taking good care of my teeth but they recommended this electric toothbrush and my mouth looked like the nightclub scene from blade, teeth and gums are doing much better now

Thank you for sharing your experience—and for the humor! We’re glad to hear the electric toothbrush recommendation made such a difference. Our team loves helping patients find simple ways to keep their smiles healthy and strong.
I had an excellent experience at Leander Dental Care. I went in for the extraction of two teeth, and the whole process was handled very professionally. From the moment I arrived, the staff was friendly, attentive, and explained each step clearly.
The doctor and assistant were very gentle, making the procedure quick and almost painless. They also gave me detailed aftercare instructions, which helped my recovery go smoothly.
The clinic is clean, modern, and welcoming. I highly recommend Leander Dental Care to anyone looking for a trustworthy dentist with outstanding care and compassion.

Very poor experience here. The dental care has gone extremely downhill and the office manager Wendy was extremely unhelpful and rude. Cancelling all services and suggest anyone find a new dentist that goes here. They care about money first and patients second. Not the same as when Dr. McCormick worked here. They push extra cleanings and work not covered by insurance. Read reviews before going here!!!
