My situation was unique and after Chris tested my hearing at no charge he did not hesitate to suggest that I seek other services by an ENT before investing in his products. It is clear he is devoted to servicing his clients in a manner that is not driven primarily. He was generous with his time and his professional guidance. Took my wife’s hearing aids to Lawrence Hearing Aid after many attempts to get them adjusted properly at another vendor. In one visit they had them adjusted and she is now able to hear better than in years. She has Wydex hearing aids. Highly recommend this vendor - nothing fancy, just great service.

If you need hearing aids or help with them,this isthe place to go! Chris and his staff are friendly, knowledgable and will take great care of you, getting you back to hearing all the things you've been missing!

The service from Chris and his wife are among the best I have experienced. He is knowledgeable of the various brands and made recommendations for what works for me. I was able to try two different manufacturers and picked the best for me. I was looking for sound quality for music and to give me back the high frequency loss so that I can hear birds chirping outside among many other missing sounds. I couldn't be happier with his dedication to service, the willingness to answer questions and try various options to give the best experience. l recommend him highly to anyone who is thinking of getting hearing aids but are unsure of what to expect or where to start.

I received a prompt appointment for my request to upgrade my hearing aids as my previous aids from another vendor were coming out of warranty and that vendor was a 70 mile round trip away. Chris was very thorough with my hearing test and with a review of my options in light of my Medicare insurance. I chose Widex, and received the aids in a matter of days. These aids are far superior to my initial hearing aids which cost $2000 more three years ago for a product that never was as clear and adjustable as these are. The Widex TV Play is also fantastic and has numerous audible adjustments available to make TV reception and enjoyment far superior to my experience with another product. All of this at my fingertips through my Android and with adjustments I requested via Chris' expertise. Chris is thoroughly professional and knowledgeable, and has listened astutely to my needs and concerns, as this investment is major for me financially and especially for the enhancement of my daily living and well being as an active senior. I am confident Chris will continue to follow up with me re: any adjustments that may be needed or concerns I have. His office is readily accessible and conveniently located in Carlsbad. His expertise and availability are key to my successful experience with these Widex aids, and I am thoroughly satisfied with the services I have received.
