I’ve been doing the case for almost 2 years and no one has returned my phone call as well. Only sent an email so on the Case of stay in touch let me know how the process is called. Send it that was almost 8 months ago. Still haven’t heard back and told me it could not work with me on this case because it was In Maryland and I’m like wait, why did you see this at the beginning of the proceeding and told me not to worry that they would have Hey Marilyn, paralegal to work on it and I have not heard anyone after going to therapy seeing numerous doctors and have an x-rays. They still have nothing. Very un pleased with The situation at hand
I love how my case was handled from start to finish. They were very professional and communicated every step of the way.

I feel like communication could be a lot better when having clients.The client shouldn’t have to keep calling to find out what’s going on with their case or find out information from another attorney that’s representing them as well.I don’t think I’ll be using this firm again not the best for me.
They were very great and I appreciate everything they did for my family and I. I would definitely recommend them to family and friends.

I think Danielle Oglesby is an incompetent, unkind individual who thinks telling me to lie to my insurance company so I could get a more in my settlement from a tragic accident, is the right thing to do. I don't lie to my insurance company because if I got caught I would lose said insurance which I cannot do. I could not survive without health insurance. It must be nice to be have a lot of money and then expect a person who now has low income to risk healthcare so that my portion of my settlement from my car accident would be higher. Wow. Her methods are deplorable. This car accident resulted in loss of life. Apparently my dogs life is of no concern to her, nor was mine. I could have been killed and she didn't believe I had trauma resulting in PTSD. I live with everything I saw and went through every single day but hey, screw my mental health. Suicidal thought and self harm doesn't seem to matter im the overall scheme of things. When we first spoke she was so sympathetic and kind but that quickly changed when I shared that I was in sex work. Apparently I'm supposed to be ashamed of that because she stopped fighting for me real quick showing her feelings about it. Danielle claims to be this big shot on her social media and how much she's done for her clients. Lmao. Looking at reviews I think she has illusions of grandeur. She treated me like an idiot and the last conversation she was yelling so loud at me on the phone that another person in another room could hear her and no, she was not on speaker. She is an unprofessional, horrible person professionally and she can shove her fake concern. Maybe she'll be a better mom then an attorney because in my opinion, and the opinion of many other clients reviews, she SUCKS at it.
Great experience fast ,knowledgeable and got things done they also was very good with communication and experienced got me top dollar back for my accident thank you
