Theresa has been so hospitable to my experience at launch physiotherapy. I got into pretty bad car accident and had a very bad back. Thankfully I’ve gotten much better after seeing Ashwin, Herman, and Theresa!

I had a nagging shoulder issue that wouldn’t heal on its own for months, and after getting fed up with that situation I scheduled an initial session with Teresa and drove the 30 minutes to get there from New West. She was fantastic! Over the course of about four weeks and six sessions she was able to fully correct my shoulder issues with a combination of in-person therapy and prescribed recovery exercises. I found her to be positive and informative. I’m definitely going back to her the next time I need a PT.

I injured my knee during a jiu-jitsu training session and was very nervous as it was my first knee injury. Teresa did an excellent job assessing my knee professionally, and her taping technique and exercises made me feel less worried. Within three sessions with Teresa, I was fully back to training normally. Teresa not only treated my injury but also helped me understand the mechanics of my movements, providing great advice on the muscles that needed more training. Overall, I received excellent treatment from Teresa, and I am very grateful for her help! (Side note: I also introduced the quad exercises Teresa recommended to participants at the place where I volunteer, and they found them very helpful for building their quad strength!)

I have been seeing Vishal for about two years and it has been a great experience. He is an excellent RMT who cares about helping his patients. After treatments, he shares exercises and stretches, to help prevent future issues with affected area. This year I have also started working with Alex Carrod as my Physio. He is very knowledgeable and we have moved from rehabilitation to strengthening and improving my performance in competitive sports. The facility is modern and very clean. Highly recommended!

I received physiotherapy from Pat Wu for problems with my left rotator cuff due to skiing. After the initial consultation, he implemented a graduated stretching and exercise program to restore range of motion and build overall strength. At the start of each session, we spent time reviewing my current condition before moving forward with the next treatment step. This included lots of explanation about what the issues were and how the therapy would target them. I really appreciated this approach, as it helped my fully understand the purpose of the stretches and exercises, which kept me well-motivated. After three months of treatment, my shoulder was greatly improved. Kudos to Pat for his focused and personalized physio services! I won't hesitate to return if I develop any other issues.

I saw Adrian for my neck and shoulder pain that I acquired from work. I was really impressed by his professionalism and his knowledge. He took a thorough history to understand and evaluate my case and clearly explained why I was experiencing pain. He worked with me on my mobility and provided me with an exercise plan. Adrian is an amazing physiotherapist who genuinely cares about his patients. If you're looking for a physiotherapist, I would definitely recommend seeing Adrian! I’ve been seeing Andy for RMT treatments since December and have been so pleased. He is very personable, knowledgeable and skilled. I feel more relaxed and loose after each treatment. I would highly recommend Andy for anyone who is in need of an RMT

I worked with Alex Carrod for my knee pain. He went into details where it could have came from and gave me at-home exercises as well as shockwave therapy. Highly recommend him for sport-related injuries!

Looking for a physiotherapist for vertigo. I found Adrian and instantly liked him. Easy to talk to. Very professional and very supportive then turned out that he wound up becoming my physiotherapist for a full knee replacement his approach is very Hands-On, not like most physiotherapists where they hook you up to a machine and they disappear. You get his full attention

Friendly workers there, enjoyed the cooperative environment there. Strives to better physique and offer useful tips to recover and perhaps go beyond for future improvements. Thanks to Kevin Kwok who worked with me throughout my lower back recovery. Good to see Adrian Cheng around too.

Adrian and Garman helped rehabilitate myself from a really bad sprained back to now feeling stronger and more confident.. Garman was great at communicating and understanding my needs and gave me great feedback. Staff at Launch are organized, professional and caring. Launch Rehab has been an excellent space for my recovery from hip replacement surgery. Adrian's professionalism, knowledge and guidance through the healing and strengthening process has helped me achieve my recovery goals.
