Flight Booking Error & No Compensation I booked a multi-leg trip and discovered just hours before departure that one of the flights didn’t exist. I spent hours on chats and calls, stranded, trying to get help. The company insisted the flight was valid until the last moment before admitting their mistake and telling me to pay for a replacement flight myself. When I asked for compensation, they refused. The lack of accountability and poor communication made this an incredibly stressful experience. Avoid this company if you value reliable service.

Ich musste am Flughafen extra 20€ für die Bordkarte bezahlen. Lastminute will nicht erstatten, weil ich keine Online Check-In dazu gebucht habe... NIE WIEDER buche ich mit lastminute!

I bought an expensive return ticket flight for about 1000 euros, when flight was canceled by the airline, it took me 2 weeks to get the departure refund and 2 months for getting the return flight ticket refund. I got only 350 out of 500 euros refund for the flight and they came up with some excuse that 150 euros of it was for some baggage cost which was not visible when booking it on their website. Stay away from this site at all costs!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I had an exceptionally bad experience with lastminute.com regarding a cancellation caused by extraordinary circumstances. Despite following every step exactly as instructed and providing all required documents, the company delayed my case for several days and finally offered only a partial refund of €70.56, which does not reflect the actual cost of my booking. What makes the situation worse is that my initial communication was ignored, misleading information was given, and the process felt intentionally time-consuming. Even after proving that the airline refused to process the refund directly and that lastminute.com was responsible as the issuing agent, the company still did not honour its own policies or offer a voucher as a compromise. This experience has cost me time, energy, and significant stress, and I cannot recommend this service to anyone. Customers deserve transparency and proper support—unfortunately, that was not the case here.

I booked a ticket over the lastminute.com which was supposed to be from Lauda. When trying to check-in the PNR code was invalid. Then I realized that Lauda is part of Ryanair. I tried to contact both Lastminute and Ryanair over the phone and email with no success. I waited for 1h30m in the Ryanair hotline and no one answered. Then I checked the ticket once again and noticed the line was from a totally different airline. So, I called that one and in less than 10 minutes I was checked in!

If I could give less than 1 star I would. Lastminute.com accidentally charged us twice for a flight date change, costing us £600. They apologised (after I emailed them) and said they would refund us within 10 days. It has now been 2 months and we have had absolutely no refund.

WARNING: PLEASE AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS I would give zero stars if I could. This company are DREADFUL. They have no customer service skills whatsoever and their practices are not legally complaint. WARNING!: If you make a complaint, they will try and throw a 100 euro LM.com voucher at you to silence you but will refuse to provide any form of refund no matter what you have endured. In my instance, they didn't even bother to try and contact the hotel whilst I was stuck in a foreign country other than sending an email to one of their own employees which was ignored (still to this day). Worse still, when you tell them you are not happy and this matter needs investigating or they should contact someone/do SOMETHING, they just tell you to speak to ATOL - ATOL DO NOT DEAL WITH THESE ISSUES AT ALL. They are completely negating and avoiding their legal responsibilities and I am left with no choice but to file court proceedings against LM.com which I am in the process of commencing now. This is the second time they have done this to me so please, for your own sanity, AVOID THIS SHAMEFUL, SHAM OF A COMPANY and purchase elsewhere. The first instance was being stranded in a foreign country because one of their sub-companies had gone bust and they hadn't bothered to inform me or make any further arrangements. It was during a festival on the island so no-where AT ALL to stay - I sorted this out myself but was told to sleep on the beach. On this second occasion after being assured by them that this first instance was a one-off and it would not happen again, I was placed in a dreadful hotel serving rotten food, incredibly thin walls meaning the recipiant of my phone calls could hear my next door neighbours being intimate, other neighbours physically fighting eachother at all hours or the night, lying about having an indoor pool which turns out, hasn't even been built yet, uncomfortable single bed, air conditionning/heating not working, doors banging constantly,... the list really does go on and on. RUINED my special birthday and health recovery celebration trip! You couldn't pay me to use this company again and I would urge anyone else to proceed with caution. They really do not care about the customer or the customers experience and their process of investigating complaints is to send a third-party booking agent an email to let them know there was an issue (feedback)... and that's it. Simply saying this member of staff hasn't responded and then lying about whether they have contacted the hotel or not is simply inexcusable! Shame on you LM.com and failure to recognise consumers rights is illegal...

They will charge you more than what they show you when you confirm the payment The very second I pressed the button to confirm the payment, the price went up 56 Euro (with no ability to cancel anymore). Apparently, at that moment, a feature called FullFlex was added to the booking (with no prio info about it and no option to remove it). Nice scam try! The refund was initiated. If you ran into the same issue, you can try to cancel that feature and get a refund. Let's see if it works.

Terrible service They changed my flight which means I have to wait 7 hours in Canada instead of 1 hour. All this because they changed the flight and i didn't request for money within 7 days. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE, never gain with these thieves and useless scums.

Cancer diagnoses for cancellation refund REJECTED Disgusting service, 10 weeks from departure my wife is diagnosed with cancer, operation will be during the dates for our trip. Sent them the confirmation letter from hospital and surgeon, Cancelled with plenty of notice over 6 weeks, they have rejected our claim for "exceptional circumstances" and given less than 40% back and told us to claim the rest back on insurance.

scammers and clowns Biggest bunch of clowns i've ever dealt with I paid for a holiday on the 29th of september, it was immediately cancelled and i got an email saying id get a refund I waited 15 days and no refund, couldnt contact support as my booking ID was cancelled so had to send emails to try to get something sorted They stated my refund got returned to a third party who i have nothing to do with called truelayer.. on truelayers website it specifically states they dont issue refunds Im now being ignored by lastminute and need to go to my bank to raise a dispute.. I cant book my holiday now as i dont have the funds and the prices obviously keep increasing.. stay away from these clowns theyre just here to take your money

total rip off ,i requested a change they gave me a quote i accepted it , then i get an email saying that they tried to call me which i never received, They send me another email with a new quote with higher price of almost 100 gbp , i had to accept it because i was helpless , then they put me into another 48 hour loop to keep me losing money because for them its just so easy to send another quote with higher price , then i received another quote double the price, which just shattered my mind and i kept asking representatives in chatbot to prioritise my case because i cant keep losing money they will serve you like snails , i think they ignore you intentionally to make more money if i am right , you have no access to talk to higher authorities, all you get their representatives doing their lazy job without sorting out anything . Better to use airlines straight as they wont rip you off like bravofly /lastminute another thing they kept telling me that they are investigating an issue of flight cancellation payments, i waited for almost more than a week and contacted airlines myself, they said no request been made by these losers, i was just so shocked by their lies .

ABSOLUTE CON! ABSOLUTE CON! We won the voucher on O2 and thought it would be a lovely holiday. The options were very limited (and more expensive than just booking direct if you didn't have a free voucher). We picked a date and they changed the flights every few days, very time consuming to agree/refuse the new flight times. It felt like having a 2nd job for a month! When the flight times finally no longer worked for us, we requested a refund (as you are legally entitled to do). They agreed to refund 98p of the £112 we'd paid out of pocket and £264 of the voucher - apparently the terms and conditions overwrite the actual law. I begged them to just keep the voucher amount and pay back something onto the card but to no avail. Worst competition ever, I'm out over £100 and there's no holiday on earth that will ever bring my stress rates down!
