I went in for mole and skin tag removal on 3 different areas, 2 on the face and 1 on my back. Franca was brilliant, explained the process and made it pain free. Very pleased with the results!

Went in for a papilloma removal (laser as mine was a small area). Franca was clear on my options, what the process would be and honest about the fact that it may take two sessions. As of today it seems like it’s worked in one. Results are brilliant and I wouldn’t hesitate to return for any other procedures I needed.

My wife tried Botox treatment for the first time - she was a little nervous especially having injections around her eyes but she needn’t have worried - Franca reassured her and did the treatment and it was painless with no side or adverse after effects. Franca was brilliant - professional and I would recommend her and the Laserlite clinic.

I have seen Franca for 3 areas of Botox twice and have been very pleased both times. She is so kind and informative and really listens to your concerns. Plus she distracts you from any pain with her hilarious stories! 5 stars. Will definitely be seeing her again ☺️

I’d never been to Laserlite before and I’ve had very good results from my treatment. Franca was so kind and lovely Lady. She made me feel relaxed as I was new for treatment. She explained the procedure very well and made me feel comfortable. I would recommend this salon as the most trustworthy and honest place.
