I booked in my Daughters L R Defender for a 40k Service.
Everything was done promptly and efficiently.
The garage found extra electrical work which needed doing.
Job was completed within 24 hours.
Price was reasonable , overall experience with these guys was excellent.

Bloody hell, expensive repairs. To add a spot light on a Range Rover Discovery cost me £1200 - total rip off.
To answer your question, yes, of course I did.
4x4 engine rebuilds did it for £65 - thats shambolic!
Ricki I would appreciate if you are going to give a 1 star review that you actually review the company that you visited as we have no record of you visiting and I agree £1200 is quite excessive but not knowing the details i can't comment but if you could remove your review and place it in the hands of the correct party it would be helpful.

What can I say. If I could give 6 stars I would. As an owner/driver of BMW 4x4's for 20 years (X5 and later X6) and having just retired I decided to have a change. That decision drew me to a Range Rover Sport. Not knowing much I phoned KL 4x4 out of the blue and asked for some advise about buying a used one. Not only were they happy to talk me through it, the advice freely given was very useful. I bought one knowing there were a couple of issues with it, so I took it in straight away. All I can say is they are friendly, very knowledgeable and professional. Nothing was too much trouble. Following a 'health check' all the issues were sorted and at a cost that didn't give me a heart attack. KL 4x4 will be looking after my new favourite car for years to come (hopefully). Thank you !!!!!!
I've been taking my Range Rover Sport and Porsche 911 to Langley 4x4 for years, and I've always been impressed with the quality of their service. Roy always takes the time to get to know his customers and the team is made up of mechanics, not just technicians.
The staff in the office know their customers from the minute they have walked in and their vehicle they have booked, which avoids needing to give the car reg and be treated like a number on paper.
I have always been impressed with their precise diagnostic for those rare occasions when my RR fails and the team have taken the time to explain the problem and not just replace parts.

I was asked to update my review - nothing has changed. I have a new RR and they are still the garage I trust to look after it and me. Range Rovers are expensive to look after and it is important to use a place you trust. They are busy for a reason!
Very highly recommended, the only garage for miles that i would trust with my rangerover, they got my trust after another garage miss diagnosed my car resulting in a huge quote, but langley 4x4 were straight talking and diagnosed it properly not only saving me a fortune in parts that werent needed, but also meaning i got the actual part replaced and the fault was cured which wasnt even on the list from the other garage.
With such friendly and professional team, why would anyone go anywhere else ?

No reply to emails , the lady is rude and when questioned about work carried out was defensive .
Has to take car to another carriage who disputed work they carried out was necessary ??
Hi Rita, I'm sorry you feel you've had a poor experience with us. On investigation it would appear that you booked your car in to have a specific part replaced which was diagnosed by another garage ( We only carried out works as directed by you, no diagnostics were carried out) So I believe its unfair to dispute work carried out that was specifically asked for by you!
As to being rude and defensive, Speaking to the office people present, a conversation was had with yourself about an oil leak and a possible noise within the timing belt area that was explained may be a future problem and had you had the timing belt replaced before, as it was an important service component, and needed to be further looked into. It would appear you became distressed that financially it would be impossibly to do at that time.
Having reviewed the video footage I can't see where rudeness came into the conversation, only a direct conversation explaining the importance of timing belts.
With regard to e mail reply's if we missed one I can only apologise, but perhaps it might have been wise to have a polite conversation with us if you felt aggrieved by your visit, before publicly berating us which i find unfair.
All our other 5 star reviews I think prove we are nothing but professional.

Honest, professional and trustworthy.
After 3 months of being messed around by a main dealership branch , Langley 4x4 took on my timing chain replacement and delivered it within two weeks from quotation to completion.
Natalie was honest, communicative and delivered what she said she would.
