The product is good (hence not a 1) but the service could be improved (hence not >2). Stood in front of the manager for 4 minutes while she chatted to someone else in what was clearly not a transaction-related conversation but a social chat instead.
I had been to the store earlier, and selected the product, hence it should’ve been known that my second appearance was in order to transact.
Thankfully a colleague appeared later, after she completed another purchased, and helped me.
But I did not appreciate the manager’s attitude; she was indifferent to doing business with a new customer.
